Affordable, prompt, professional. Carpet cleaning was quick, smelled great, made a big difference. My only issue, which is at least 50% my responsibility, was that the chairs were so dirty (5+ years without a upholstery clean, that's my responsibility), that Sidney worked and scrubbed extra hard at my chairs to try to get them clean (kudos), but my chairs are antiques, and the upholstery is silk, so it honestly couldn't really handle the intensity of the scrubbing it got, along with the cleaning chemicals. The fabric was wrinkled, worn and threadbare, and the embroidery was basically destroyed. At the end of the day, it didn't matter, because since they stains couldn't be removed, I would have had to re-upholster the chairs, but I was a little sad the quality of the fabric got destroyed in the process. I appreciate Sidney's effort to clean my chairs, but I wish there had been a bit more attention to the fact that the cleaning methods and chemicals would have been too much for the chairs and their material. I would have been more pleased to be told my chairs were beyond cleaning, or that silk is too delicate for the intense chemicals they use, and just refund the coupon I purchased.

Went well, provider showed up on time, and finished work efficiently. Explained what he was doing and gave helpful tips for future spot cleaning of carpets.

The service turned out fine. He did a good job. He pretreated it, and steamed it. He used organic cleaning solutions, so that it would be safe for the kids. The service was really quick. He came in, and was done in half an hour. He emailed me right away, and he did a really good job.

It went well. He was responsive when called, was flexible with regard to scheduling, and did a good job with the cleaning. Unfortunately, the floors are in need of replacement, so there wasn't much that he could do.

The service and professionalism were excellent. 2 reasons for not giving an A rating: 1) the provider only told me when he was there that the service did not include grout sealing which was an extra charge and could not be done at the same time; and 2) I contacted him by email (from his card) within a week of the service to schedule a time to do the grout sealing - still have not heard from him (5 weeks later).

I purchased the deal for 5 rooms including stairs. I am so happy I did it as my carpets look great. And my carpets were really dirty (I have light colored carpeting in a finished basement/playroom and 3 young kids). He was even able to remove some small tar-like mystery spots that I hadn't even been able to even off. The service itself was quick because he uses a powerful machine. You just can't get that speed or level of cleaning from the machines that you can buy or the ones you rent yourself. Service was 3 weeks ago and no spots have reappeared. As for communication, everything was very promt and professional--I received an email within 24 hours of purchasing the deal to set up an appointment, and a confirmation call the day before. The morning of service he called to confirm his exact arrival time. Unlike with other companies I have used, there was no high-pressure cross-selling. I highly recommend Radiant and will use them again.

I bought an Angie's Deal. The owner called to schedule the work, and then accommodated a change in schedule. He was running late, but texted to let us know. When he arrived he was very pleasant, explained the work, and did a thorough job cleaning. I would recommend him and I plan to use Radiant Cleaning in the future.

He Could not make the following day but he did rearrange his schedule so that he could return later in the day which was okay. I was hoping that the grout would have brightened up more but this may have been because I had not done this before. Tile and grout did not look substantially different than before so I would not pay for this type of service again. He was nice and professional.

They did a really good job. I purchased a package for $189 and added scotch guard. They cleaned the whole house including the stairs. They were quick and professional. It was just one person. They did the job nicely, I enjoyed their services and I happy with the job. He was no non-sense. They get the job done and their pricing was very decent. He had a very pleasant manner and I would definitely use him again if I need to get my carpet cleaned.

He is a very nice guy. The carpets look good, esecially for being old. He also power cleaned a tile floor for me.

Sidney came on time, He explained what he'd do in detail, was clear about a couple of deeply worn places saying that they'd improve but not be back to "like new." He worked quickly and surprisingly quietly. The results were beyond my expectations. I'd hire him again.

He arrived slightly late, but was very friendly and courteous. Most of the carpet looked fine, but we were disappointed in the time spent on the high traffic areas and stairs. A whole house cleaning only took half an hour.

The provider showed up on time. He, initially, pre-treated the carpets. Then, he cleaned the carpets in 5 rooms plus the stairs. He was very professional. He cleaned up after he was finished. The job took only about 1 hour. The carpets, which are not new, look very good.

Sidney cleaned three rugs, a plush chair, two sofas, a sectional sofa and our fully-carpeted upstairs, and he did a great job on some tough stains, all for a terrific price. Very thorough, very professional and very nice. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone with carpets to clean.

Sidney was really nice, right on time, super quick, yet very efficiant. I had several stains on the carpet in our 2 nd bedroom, which is now a nursery and he got the stains out, all the carpets look so clean and new!
