Ordered the deal. I needed service quickly but could not get on his schedule for 3 1/2 weeks. I needed to turn elsewhere.

Went very well and would be pleased to use this provider in the future

I called him to schedule the appointment. He acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. I asked about a Saturday appointment, he said he does not work on Saturdays for Angie's list, only his own customers. He was shouting at me about this, going on about how he does not know why Angie's list has him listed for working on Saturdays. I can only have this service done on a Saturday, so I am just canceling with this provider. He was very heated and irate, I feel this was very unprofessional.

THE COMPANY WAS UNABLE TO PERFORM THE SERVICE. THEIR HOSES DID NOT REACH HIGH ENOUGH TO OUR APARTMENT.

Sid is a very nice man. Professional, thorough, and very easy to work with. He sent me a reminder message and called twice to confirm our appointment. He was in and out in just 40 minutes, and my carpets look great! I'm ashamed to say that they hadn't been professionally cleaned in over 10 years, and they really needed it. A friend came into my house after the cleaning and told me that it smelled 100% better (I used to have 2 dogs) and clean. That's a great testimonial right there! There were 2 stains on my living room carpet that were very difficult to remove. Sid spent extra time on these areas. He came back 4 days later (after the carpets were completely dry) and cleaned them again. The 2nd time removed them completely. That's what I call great customer service! I recommend Sid highly.

He had a bit of trouble finding the house--geography is not his strong point. But carpet cleaning is. He did a very nice job and even my very picky wife was impressed

I was not happy with them. He offered to clean the carpet rugs, actually. He did that and then he charged for something else so I gave him a check and it was a complete waste of buying that whole thing. And he was here for less than hour! They came on time and they made the appointment. That was fine.

Provider came to house and I wanted grout resealed. Provider said he did not do any type of sealing or grout work and was simply a cleaning company and would only clean floors.

This is the 2nd time I've hired Sidney to clean the carpets in my condo. Every time he's come, he's done a quality job. I live on the 5th floor of a mid-rise building, so it takes a bit of time to set-up the machine and run the hoses to the ground floor. But he's able to complete about 900 sq/ft of space in about 2 hours. The carpets looked so bad, that I had seriously considered replacing them all together. Was rather excited that they looked almost brand new after the cleaning. As long as my carpets keep coming out looking like new, I will continue to use Sidney.

Sidney did a great job. He cleaned the carpets throughout our house, and got rid of years of dirt and grime, including on the stairs. Also was able to get rid of Play-Doh from low-pile carpet. I would be happy to use him again.

I couldn't use the service. I was to far after being solicited for the work I was told it would be a substantial up charge to come to Canton.

Good, not great. Did not move pieces of furniture to clean underneath them. On the plus side, they called beforehand and were able to do the work a few hours before the scheduled time which worked out for my schedule that day.

They had my home phone and email. It was a very good price so they may have been busy. We hired someone else to do the work for $600.

Sidney cleaned all of the carpets that we needed cleaned in our new house. He was able to work us in within our timeframe and also was able to add the stain resistant treatment at the last minute. He was quick, capable, and truly kind and polite. I would recommend Radiant Cleaning Services without hesitation.

It went well -- I was extremely pleased with the results. Very fast service.

The carpet was cream colored, making the job that much more difficult as the results are readily apparent as you can imagine. The first time Radiant cleaned the carpets, they certainly came away looking clean immediately after the service. However, as the days passed the clean look was quick to lose its luster. This may have been a result of our living in the house, but as we did not wear shoes in the house and mainly socks, we just were not sure. Suffice it to say, the price was right and as such, we used Radiant again. So far all went well with the service.

Showed up on time. Very professional and did a good job. Would use them again.

I needed my floor re-grouted as well as cleaned, but they do not perform the grout service. I think they should make it clear in the advertisement that they don't re-grout.

All is fine. Nice man, quick and capable.

My father owned a carpet cleaning service and I spent many summers as a student working for him in the early 70's, so I have an understanding of the business. Please note that I waited 24 hours to write this review to allow for the carpet to completely dry. We recently purchased our home and the carpets are off-white, 12 years old, with some small stains ( some from our Bichon ), so my expectation of a significant difference from the cleaning was not too high. The carpet cleaning included a living room, dining room, two bedrooms and a small hall. Sidney, the owner, called a half hour before arriving as I requested. He arrived on- time and to set expectations, he did a walk thru and pointed out areas with small stains that may be difficult to remove. He then began the cleaning and just over an hour later, he was done and we were blown away with the results! The carpets were so much cleaner than we expected and the stains gone or lightened by the cleaning. I have had carpets cleaned many times over the years and this has been, without exception, the best experience yet! I will be calling Sidney the next time we need our carpets cleaned.

They were very good. I would definitely recommend them.

I bought the deal for $99 for two pieces of furniture. The couches are several years old and are sat on regularly by four dogs and 2 cats so they were in not great shape. Radiant did a great job cleaning them up and were fast and professional. I'd use them again!

Courteous and professional service

I am a full time student, out of my home 8-5 every week day so it was hard for me to find a professional cleaning service that would come on short notice and work on a Saturday. Radiant did both - and not only confirmed the appointment beforehand, arrived absolutely on time, but called afterward to make sure I was pleased with their service. I have all hard surfaced flooring so I didn't need carpet cleaning services - which Radiant provides. Radiant provided one cleaning person who came equipped with cleaning supplies and equipment and who went to work hard on putting my home back in order. ?All the basics were covered - and because the charges were hourly, I could add in any extra services that I liked - such as cleaning the refrigerator. The cleaning person worked cheerfully and hard and put my home back in order. ?Thanks.

Sidney did an amazing job, he was punctual, professional and quick. We have cream carpet in all three areas that he cleaned and they look great now. I will be sure to call him again if we need carpets cleaned.
