They arrived on time. They were professional. They indicated from the beginning that one stain would not easily come out. They cleaned the furniture. They were not able to get the stain out. Would this be true for all cleaners or did this particular company not succeed? I don't know but the stain is still there. So I can't fault them for their lack of success but I am curious whether another cleaning company could get the stain out.

They were polite, pleasant, wonderful to work with.I would recommend them and definitely hire them again in the future.

It went well. I was fixing up a rental unit that was pretty clean, but had a couple of spots on the rug. He took care of it and did it pretty quickly. No issues.

Within 48 hours after submitting a request for the carpet cleaning, I received a phone call to schedule the appointment. They were very accommodating and polite. An email with all the information was sent to me and a reminder email was sent the day before the appointment. All stains and odors are gone! They look like brand new carpets!

They showed up promptly and cleaned our large family room, stairs, upstairs hallway, and two of our bedrooms. I bought a deal through Angie's list to clean 1800 square feet of carpet for $169. They were fantastic. The carpets have never looked so clean! We would definitely use them again in the future.

Couldn't have had better service and workmanship was the highest quality I've ever seen. I rescheduled another appointment immediately to complete the 2nd floor carpet cleaning. So impressed with quality of service and courteousness to accommodate extra request to clean a chair and ottoman. Very happy with the results.

The service went well. The provider called ahead to let me know he was coming. He showed up on time. He did a good job in cleaning the carpets and when he was finished the carpets looked very nice. Was able to return furniture in about hours.

The service was good. The scheduling did take a little while as we had trouble connecting but once we got in touch they came out quickly.

Mr. Sidney explained in detail what he can do and he explained his plan before implementing. As he promised he came with his helper and completed the job on time before the snow storm. He was professional and the carpets were clean and dried quicker than what we expected.? We will use his service in the future too.

Sidney will clean around larger pieces of furniture (bed, sofa, etc.) but you should move small tables, foot stools, chairs, etc. out of the way. I have a large room which did not require any carpet cleaning so I placed all of these smaller items in this room during the cleaning. Please note that despite his equipment having very strong suction, your carpet(s) will still be damp. I did this cleaning just before I left my home for a few days and this worked out very well since the carpets were completely dry when I returned.

used coupon from this site. cleaned 10 year old rugs. they look much better after, i was pleasantly surprised by the results given the age of the carpets. would recommend to anyone.

It was an alright experience. The price of the Deal covered the service and scheduling was OK. Results were OK, not great.

I bought the tile and grout cleaning services and contacted them several times. The contact person seemed to have made himself available to make a response. However, it seemed to be very hard for them to commit to a set time and day. They promised a time once just to cancel it a day before the service.

Sidney arrived exactly on time, he was very pleasant and professional. Worked very fast and got great results. I would definitely use him again maybe to clean the grout in my kitchen area.

I purchased a $99 deal. Both pieces looked wonderful when they were done! It was easy to set up an appointment with them and the cleaner arrived punctually and did a quick, thorough job. I would definitely hire them again.

Sidney called to confirm schedule a couple days ahead of time. He also called that morning to say he was on his way and would be on time, which he was. We reviewed the areas to be cleaned and how he would do it. Sidney is very friendly and professional. Everything looked great when he left. The tile was dry but the grout was still wet, which is normal and to be expected. The next day I noticed the grout was uneven in color so I called Sidney to report it. He very cheerfully agreed to return at my convenience to see the issue. It turns out the previous home owner had put a colored sealer on the grout that was noticeably lighter. Some of the old sealer came off with the dirt, which is also normal considering it dates back over 17 years. I was very pleased by Sidney's responsiveness. I will definitely use him again.

They did a good job, showed up timely and cleaned all the carpet. We asked them to clean an area of really high traffic dirt really well, and they didn't charge any extra for that. Didn't try to sell us extra unnecessary services which we appreciated. Will use them next time also.
