Description of Work: Sid was professional, responsive, and very customer focused. I used his services for area rugs and a couch/chair. I expected noticeable results, but, I could not ultimately tell the rugs were cleaned. I have 2 dogs and the couch is white with some staining, which did not come out at all. He said that material is very difficult to clean, so, no worries, but, the rugs didn't seem any cleaner. I wanted to rate Sid an A, but, I just wasn't happy with the outcome of the cleaning.
