We're really very happy. They did a very good job. The price was very reasonable and it was really good. He was on time, he contacted us before he started and he was pretty good with what he did. It was the owner, Sidney Moreira who came and he was very good, he was very friendly and did the entire carpets. I would use him again and I would recommend him to people.

Radiant cleaning did a great job. They were even able to get the stains out of a very old rug.

Rug cleaning does not invite "details"; Radiant cleaning was prompt, efficient and courteous- all that one could expect. A job well done.

I bought my carpet cleaning coupon way back sometime in the fall or winter and finally redeemed it before it expired this June. I called Radiant Cleaning Services and easily set up an appointment. They called to confirm the appointment the day before and again the morning of the appointment to let me know that they were on the way. They arrived exactly on time, reviewed the area, gave me an idea of what to expect and quickly cleaned the carpets with an even better outcome than expected. I added an extra room because I was so pleased with the experience. It went great and I had a great experience communicating with the company, the quality of the work, and the comfort of having the rug cleaner in the home. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again.

I spilled a blackberry-blueberry smoothie on the rug. It could not have been worse! The management company was considering charging me to replace the carpet. I called Sidney and he cleaned the stain completely. He was clearly a perfectionist.. It took him several times with alternative stain removers until he was satisfied that the stain was completely removed. When the management company manager came in, he could not tell where the stain had been and I was no longer responsible for the carpet. The management company is now considering him for their work because even the regular carpet cleaning that Sidney performed aside from the stain removal, was superior to the company they were currently using. I left the unit in better condition than when I moved in because of Sidney, affording me the return of all of my security deposit. He is an outstanding entrepreneur with unparalleled expertise in his field. I can't recommend him highly enough!!!!

Sidney was prompt, professional, personable. I would definitely have all in my home again for upholstery or carpet cleaning.

He called that morning to confirm the appointment and arrived on time. He was efficient as a solo cleaner! He was flexible in cleaning both a small hallway and a stair way as the offer only included one, instead of another room.

It went very well! I called Mr. Moreira after having purchased a special ($99 for sofa and 1 other piece of furniture). He promptly set a date. We spoke later to confirm this date. He showed up promptly and brought in a vacuum-like attachment which was connected to the main cleaner in his truck. He got right to work. It was a relatively quick procedure - 15 - 20 mins. at most. Mr. Moreira was pleasant and quick to answer any questions I had. When he was done, my furniture looked brand new! I would absolutely call him again for carpet or upholstery cleaning needs.

Sidney called to say he was running ahead of schedule and would it be OK if he came early. He was very professional, very neat and polite. He looked over the rooms to be cleaned and we discussed which pieces of furniture needed to be moved. He proceeded to clean the three bedrooms and a hallway. As he was cleaning up he mentioned that they also do grout and I paid an addition $35 to have the bathroom floor done. I had also paid him $10 to move two beds. He explained why certain areas did not come 100% clean and I was very comfortable that he had tried his very best with the old carpets and old floor. We also discussed the pricing for two sofas and power washing two decks. I will probably have him back in the future to do those projects.

Sidney did a thorough job. He was very meticulous and efficient. He was able to get stains out that I didn't think would come up. He answered all questions and was very polite. There was a small miscommunication with scheduling but that was very minor.

All encounters on the phone started with someone sounded annoyed that you called, no mention of the company, prompting me to ask if I had the right number. This led me to beleive that this is someone's personal cell phone number. I contacted the company hoping to get a date within a week's timeframe, the orginal date quoted to me was a 3 week wait. When I said I would have to call back, then there was an opening closer to what I was hoping for. The day of the scheduled service, no call or show for 45 minutes into the appointment, so I called to find out if they were lost. No, he had no record of me or my appointment. He did come out after the phone call, and came even later than what he stated over the phone, as his equipment had frozen due to the cold weather conditions and it took a while to defrost. On arrival he was very apologetic and I gave him a tour of all the rooms we had contracted him to do, he the went right to his work. We noticed that he was packing up the equipment, and had missed one of the rooms that we had to point out to him. We think it took him maybe 40 minutes to do 4 rooms and a staircase with 2 landings. Not sure if this gentleman was having an off day, but frankly the whole experience didn't seem quite right on. In the orginal conversation the price quoted of being given a discount, didn't really seem like much of a discount having used other services before.

The cleaners came on time and worked hard to get decades of grim off. They charged exactly as expected and gave a very nice follow-up call and note. From beginning to end I thought they provided excellent service and value.
