This was through a big deal. He got back to me quickly, was responsive to my scheduling needs, and arrived on time. He came to my home, had everything he needed (did not need a water hookup from me), moved small furniture as he had indicated he would. Was very quick and did a thorough job. I would use him again.

We recently bought a new home and the carpets were fairly dirty, especially around the vents. With three small kids (one of whom was crawling) we wanted to make sure the carpets were clean. There was no furniture in the house yet, so we figured this would be the best time to get the carpets really clean. The owner was very responsive, and actually moved the cleaning up by a day because the closing went really fast. He was very responsive and flexible regarding that. He claimed it would only take about an hour, which I thought was odd because we have about 2500 sq ft of carpet and 2 sets of stairs. He sprayed each room quickly and vacuumed it up immediately. He was right, in that it did take about an hour. However, the dark stains around the venting did not come up. I'm not sure how clean the carpets really got.

While I've had more through cleanings in the past, for the price, Radiant was very good. Quick. Cost effective. Easy. Professional. I would use this company again.

The man who came worked fast and did a great job. He was on time.

It was good. Everything was pretty well. They were on time. The result was good. I thought that the only thing they could improve on is their communication between him and I. I wasn't sure exactly he was going to be doing the cleaning when he came over and I thought he was coming over just to do an estimate but it wasn't anything major.

The people at the company were very nice, but we live too far away for them to perform the service for us. They even left an apologetic message in my account with Angie's List.

I had bought and Angie's list deal for 5 rooms plus staircase carpet cleaning. We had just moved into a house which probably had never had the carpets cleaned (10+ years). Sidney came as scheduled and did a great job. He was efficient and was able to get out some serious spots. Our carpets looked (and smelled) almost new. I would definitely use him again if I wanted to steam or clean carpets in the future.

I bought a deal but the provider told me he didn't service our area. He said that he would need to charge an extra $100 to come out to our area. I got the deal refunded.

My family room rug has never been cleaned in 15 years. It looks like new. Sydney is a very nice man and explained to me what was done with my carpets and what stains could not be removed because they were too old. In past couple years we have been taking care of some sick cats which had, lets say left their marks on the carpets. We had been going behind them cleaning up, even bought a spot bot by Bissell (which works great by the way) but the carpet as a whole needed a good cleaning. We contacted Radiant and got a response immediately. Our house is 1700 sq feet , has wall to wall off white carpeting in every room (kitchen and bathrooms excluded) and we have 2 carpeted staircases. I was surprised that it was a one man team but he showed up right on time as scheduled, moved furniture as needed and the job only took about 1.5 hours. For prep we were asked to declutter and vaccuum. I would imagine if those steps were not done before hand it would take a bit longer. The carpets look brand new, couldn't be happier!

The service was incredible: professional, friendly, and of an excellent quality. I could not have asked for more.

The price was very reasonable. Our previous tenants had cleaned before leaving, but there were still stains everywhere and we didn't know who they had used. But the new tenants were unhappy so we called Radiant Cleaning Services and they came out very quickly and got rid of all of the stains. I looked at Angie's list and they had a coupon which is why I chose them.

I purchased an Angie's list deal to get my carpet cleaned. He arrived on time, was extraordinarily courteous and professional and efficient and the carpet is clean. Would highly recommend.

They told me it would cost approximately $35.00 extra because they said I was not in their service area, contrary to the information on their website.

Overall Sidney did a great job. He was on time and professional. He explained to me what he was going to do and we walked through the house together so I could point out problem spots. While there were some difficult spots that did not completely get removed, everything looked much better. For the price, I would definitely use him again.

Sidney Moreira returned our call promptly and set up a date to do the work. He arrived on time, worked very quickly and efficiently and finished the whole project in several hours. Everything was dry by evening time. The couches are very much improved and the area carpet was so clean, I had my husband roll it up until the Fall when I change over to drapes in this room!

Extremely professional, great with communications, and above all else did a fantastic job on my carpets and couches. Even my teenage son was impressed with his work!

Excellent Job! Was on time prompt, called to confirm address. Kitchen floor came out beautiful. Was an old floor and some grout was coming out. Came home from work to a sparkly CLEAN floor. Very pleased with service and price was unbeatable.

Sidney was punctual, even called to confirm while in route. He did a great job cleaning the carpets.

I called the company and left a message. The man called me back three times to make sure he returned my message. I am thankful that he was so responsive.

I was ready to replace my off-white carpet but hesistant to do so while the kids are still young and the dog is so old. I thought I'd give it one more steam clean before calling for new carpet estimates. When I saw the carpets after they'd been cleaned, I couldn't believe I'd considered replacing them. They weren't good as new (and they were new 10 years ago) but the improvement was remarkable. It was also better than I'd gotten through other carpet cleaners.

Sidney was responsive and professional. He kept me posted on his schedule via text and arrived on time. Did a good job, but stains in the Berber didn't come out.

It could not have gone better! Sidney did a fantastic job, he was quick and friendly. He did an excellent job of cleaning my high traffic areas and getting up the stains we struggle with resulting from our cat's hairballs. I really couldn't be happier. i'd hire him again in a second! He's a good guy, and he took pride in his work, he wanted to make sure I was happy before he left, and I sure was/am!

We agreed on a date/time on the phone. Sidney wanted me to text him with the details, which seemed odd, but I did. On the day of service, the servicing time comes and go with no Sidney to be found. I call him 15 minutes later. "Good thing you called", he says, and gives some excuse about his phone breaking, or getting wet, or being flushed down a toilet (I can't remember which). He lost all his customer and appointment info, so he wasn't able to call me or reach me in anyway beforehand. I have to give him all my details again. I'm frustrated, but I just want my carpet cleaned before I need to move my things into the house the next day. He says he'll be there in a half hour. In about an hour, he finally arrives. I am worried now that my carpet won't dry in time. He gets to work and does a good job, pointing out the spots that deep cleaning just can't fix. I did feel he rushed a bit (he must be far behind his schedule for the day, having lost all his contacts!). After the carpet cleaning, he looks at my tile grouting and says we should have him come clean the grout too (I thought maybe he was going to do it for us then, perhaps discounted, to make up for not showing up on time, or calling or telling me anything!, but no, not quite). Sorry, Sidney, I don't hire people for a second job if they are flaky on the first one. Nice job on the carpets, but try and be a little more professional and communicative with your customers.
