Radiant Cleaning Services did an excellent job, and I would highly recommend them. They were professional, responsive, great customer service, and most importantly, did an incredible job on a some very difficult blood stains on my carpeting. Sidney, the owner, cautioned me that the blood stains might return, and if so to let him know. As he predicted, there was some seepage. True to his word, he returned, and actually was able to lift the carpet and clean underneath the carpeting and the pad to resolve the issue. I am delighted with the outcome as well as the customer service delivered by Radiant, Cleaning Services. I will definitely be using them again!

Was happy with Sidney’s service. He was efficient and a job well done. He managed to get most of the stains out of our light colored carpet. Will definitely use Radiant Cleaning again in the future.

I was quite happy in the end, but we did run into a couple of challenges. There was an appointment mix up, so arrival was an hours late. I was at home, to this was a problem. We then had some confusion around the scope of work. One was my problem, I counted the number of rooms incorrectly. The other was me assuming that when I said I had carpets in my landing and stairs, the price quoted would have included this. It did not. in the end, my carpets where cleaned and I was happy.
