He called to say he could come earlier than stated and arrived on time. Had him do an extra carpet for a small fee. Very happy with his work. Got out stains that I tried to remove myself and thought were impossible to remove and told me the traffic pattern would not come out as clean as the rest of one of the carpets done which has happened with other cleaners. They came out more than I thought they would. Carpets look great

Excellent job! This is the second time I've hired Radiant Cleaning for rug and upholstery cleaning and I highly recommend them.

(Our adult son was home when they came) Besides cleaning carpets in 2 rooms I asked that the skirt on our sofa be cleaned because our dogs lie up against it and there is a lot of grime. The gentleman said he cleaned it and I paid for it, but the skirt is still very dirty. I want them to come back and really clean it. We have used other companys in the past and the sofa skirt does get cleaned to "like new" "wow" we are very dissapointed

On time.....very quick service.....rug looks clean and was not left soaking wet as others have done. Very satisfied with Sidney.

They were 'ok' , carpets looked like they had been cleaned. I stressed that I needed the fresh smell he sprayed on after to last a couple days for new tenants. The next day the smell was gone completely, if there weren't lines in the carpet you would never know they were done!

Sidney was curteous and helpful. All old carpet stains were completely removed even though he warned that some may not fully respond to treatment. Very happy with the results.
