Sydney was very responsive and followed up with the estimate and questions. I was disappointed with the outcome of the wash. The dirt was not rinsed off properly and left stains. The outcome did not meet my expectations. Although I will say Sydney was most couteous. I believe he tried his best but the result did not meet my satisfaction. Now after several days of rain the stains are rinsing off. This should have been done the day of the washing.

Sidney got in touch with me right away and was patient and comprehensive discussing my project with me. On the day of our appointment he was timely, friendly, gave me an honest and accurate timeframe for the work so I could plan accordingly, and he was great about working around other workers I had in the house. Not only do the carpets in my home look a lot better, but he did a great job cleaning the grout in my bathrooms as well. I plan on contacting him in the future to clean the grout in my kitchen.
