Description of Work: When my kitchen faucet broke out of the blue, Al advised me on how to choose a replacement faucet, ordered it for me, and showed up very quickly to replace it. This was at a very busy time for my family, and Al made this very easy for me to resolve mostly remotely, instead of the time-consuming hassle I was expecting. He was prompt, reliable, the bill was exactly what I expected, and I am very happy I took his advice on the faucet selection.

Description of Work: He came on an emergency basis on a weekend evening when everyone's pipes were freezing and no-one else would come quickly. He quickly located and took care of the problem (for the moment just some pipe shut-offs and a quick inspection of the overall set-up)and discussed the overall issues he saw in our system without pushing to do any additional work at that time.

+ -1 moreAle and his team arrived promptly at the scheduled time and despite working in less than optimal spaces and weather got our pipes and water meter unfrozen and then went on to insulate the pipes so they wouldn't freeze again. Excellent job.
Description of Work: During a winter cold snap, our pipes froze. Ale came through and thrawed them with no breakage.

+ -1 moreWe had a frozen water meter and pipes frozen out to the road. We called him on a weekend. He asked if we could wait until Monday so he didn't have to charge us the emergency rate. I thought that was thoughtful. We have used him before and will use him again.
