He was great. He came out when nobody else would. He wants you to email him and he was quick to respond. I would recommend him for handyman work and he is knowledgeable.

Bob has been to our house before for earlier work, and he did the same great job this time. He was very thorough and made sure that each project was as finished as he could get it. We're very pleased with his work and our experience with him generally. We will definitely call on him again.

Bob was very punctual, he called us when he was on the way to our house. We went over with him the placement of the book shelves on the wall and he picked up all the materials for the job at Home Depot. It was a whole wall of shelves so it was a lot of work He was very neat with all of his work. He was very accommodating when we asked him to help us hang several large pictures on the walls and attach the door knobs to the existing cabinets. He was very professional and we were very happy with his work.

Bob had to remove moldings to fit door in. His work was steady, thorough and he cleans up right along. Bob knows his work and does it with professionalism. He is coming back to paint the doors and will do other jobs for us as needed. We would not hesitate to recommend him.

I emailed Bob to detail the jobs I needed help with and tried to describe them the best I could. He promptly returned my email with a description of the jobs as he understood them.and estimated how long it would take, based on certain variables. He also let me know his rates and his availability. We coordinated a day and time by email and had one phone conversation to confirm everything. Bob was very prompt and professional. He was meticulous in both his work and his cleanup and asked me for input as necessary (e.g. how I'd like the switches arranged). While he was here he noticed water in the circuit board and showed me the likely problem outside. He used something to give a temporary fix and described what was needed for a more permanent one. While he was here he I showed him other projects I was interested in having estimates for and he followed up immediately with quotes which I appreciated. He was great to work with and I'd use his services again for sure!

Bob did an awesome job for me. I had a major problem with a roof leak in my bedroom. Bob identified the problem and fix it in half a day. Bob also fix a few other issues with the roof and blew out the gutters.

It went smoothly. Great communication throughout the process. He came in around his estimate and he performs high-quality work.

He was a little sloppy with painting and his general carpentry was good but he was a little on the expensive side. I don't remember everything about what he did; I'd say that generally, it was good. If I needed handyman services again, I'd probably call him. He was here when he said he would be here. There aren't a lot of handyman around. A lot of people who do this kind of work want to do bigger projects and this was like a 2-day little project. He's more of a high-end handyman.

Bob is great! He is professional, punctual, neat, gets right to work, picks up materials for the job if you need him to, and the finished results are fantastic. It is expensive to hire a handyman, but Bob is well worth the price. The work Bob does reflects his true professionalism. We will be calling him for future projects.

Overall, Bob is an excellent craftsman and offers a high quality of work in everything he does. He was very easy to work with, communicative, and kept detailed records. He treated my home with the utmost respect and kept an immaculate work space. His rate is fair and comparable to any professional tradesman. Bob takes the time to get things right and certainly takes pride in his work. I have read other reviews that viewed this as a negative trait, but the bottom line is you get what you pay for. With an old house and unexpected damage from a DIY hack job by the previous owner of my home, I definitely understand how frustrating it can be when things start taking more time and money than was initially quoted. But when it comes to certain jobs like this, I believe it is worth the time and money to get it done right by an experienced professional with attention to detail. There was another tile company I had contacted for a quote, and while it was lower than Bob's quote, I would have still had to bring in someone to fix the damage lurking behind the old bathroom before they could tile - or worse, they wouldn't have pointed it out at all and just retiled over the damage causing me more trouble down the line. It was a huge relief that Bob could take care of it all, no matter the issues that popped up. If you have a project that requires a high quality of work and detail, Bob is your guy.

You talk with Bob and Bob comes and does the work. We needed to get a range hood externally vented. We provided Bob with pics of the area where the work needed to be done and he was able to let us know that this fitted within the scope of work he does. He was very easy to communicate with by e-mail and phone and prompt to reply. He showed up on time, assessed the details of the work that needed to be done and discussed different options of what could be done and the rough costs associated with each of them. Bob got the work done on time. He has all the tools and will let you know if he can do the job.

Bob was by far one of the most professional handyman we have ever experienced. He was clear and concise in his business practice quoting his hourly rate and invoice procedures. He was friendly and timely. And he cleaned up and left everything better than he found it. I would highly recommend Bob. He provides excellent service.

We went back and forth through a few emails. They wanted to change the scope of the job. We set up an appointment which they never showed up for. We ended up hiring someone else for the work.

We had a variety of odd jobs that required carpentry skills around the house. He arrived on time, scoped out the work, and got everything done in the time frame he said he would. He also noticed a few additional items that needed fixing (related to the work originally scoped) and got those done as well. He was courteous, punctual, and efficient. I would definitey use him again.

If u want a person who takes forever because he is so compulsively neat and detailed, I guess he is your man, but that project took him all day, and was way more money than I expected. I could not recommend him again.

Worked quickly and did a great job in the 10 degree wind chill. This is an older house and he had to customize the trim to match the existing section. Excellent job!

Bob was terrific from start to finish. It took him about a week to respond to my initial inquiry, but he was the first to respond out of three companies I contacted, so that's still an A for me. He was very good about communicating, letting me know beforehand what his plan was, and giving me an update about how things went as he finished up (the property was vacant, being prepared for a new tenant). The window replacement was an add-on, as I had him look at it when he did the stair job. He recognized the door/window unit on sight, contacted the company and got them to honor a warranty on the window (though it was likely long expired), ordered the window, and replaced it promptly when it was delivered. Overall he did a great job, and I have no complaints about the experience.
