Don't understand why some people like yourself are so unintelligent. If you had any true intentions of using my services or even cared about my company performing the work in the first place you would have read my profile. Obviously you didn't take the time for my profile but you did take the time to be a ****, looks like your name holds true. In fact Ill check back to see if you even did contact me. My profile which clearly states below (this response is from another illiterate ******* like yourself): It saddens me greatly when a person tries to deliberately hurt someone, because they are mad they didn’t get exactly what they wanted due to their neglect or lack of intelligence, literacy skills to read and listed to what my message has to say about being extremely busy. I am a one person company that works my tail off for my customers. I take pride in my work and I have a great gift that I can share with others. Unfortunately, since I am a one man show I can’t do multiple projects at the same time. I put all my effort in the project at hand so the results show and I end up with satisfied homeowners. I need to have an auto responds, because I usually am working on a project. My auto respond clearly states: “Thank you for your interest in Phalan Construction and The Handy Man Services. Your request has been submitted. If I am unable to respond to your email request or phone call within a reasonable time, it is due to prescheduled work. I am interested in your project, and if your to do list is still undone, please re-contact me at a later time. Thanks again. As of now I will not be able to respond to emails until @ 7-25-15 at the earliest due to prescheduled work. Description of Work: Although the job of installing a range hood might not seem too difficult, our particular request/job was extremely difficult. Bob found a way to install our range hood and have it work properly. So, although the cost may seem out of line for the service, it is actually in line with the parameters we gave Bob to work in.

Description of Work: fixed hole in ceiling, repainted kitchen ceiling and two doors, made a step for an exterior door then hooked up an exterior motion detector light, replaced three interior switches and several other minor repairs.

Description of Work: Installed a ceiling fan in our nursery - but with that (seemingly simple project) came a lot of surprises due to the age of our home. He was great in uncovering issues, identifyimg a solution and executing a fix. I felt SO much better after he left that our wiring was safer and overall the initial task was done great!

I am sorry I cannot answer everyone's e-mails while I am busy with prescheduled work. If I was to answer everyone's e-mails on a daily basis I would have no, too very little time to actually perform work “get my hands dirty” for my customers that have prescheduled jobs. If I was to answer everyone's e-mails promptly no one would be happy, my customers would not have their projects finished and I would not be making money or paying my bills. Not to mention trying to find time for anything that remotely resembles a personal life, doing the things that interest you. I'm sure you know exactly what I'm talking about. If you had went to my website as requested on my angies listing, you possibly would have tried email and gotten a response that I am to busy at this time and please try me later.I would have been happy to give you a free estimate through email to see if it was worth pursuing for either of us. Through years of experience,99% of the time my estimate is accurate and true.Upon acceptance of this rough estimate I would have invested more time and finalized the details for a starting date.
