They came out last week and made a template and took one of the sinks with them and installed within 5 days. They were very neat, clean, and pleasant to work with. This is my third time using them in the last 2 years and they have been nothing but a joy to work with.

The team at Onyx was wonderful to deal with. I visited their showroom 2-3 times to select all the stones we would need for the project and their advice was excellent. I chose some remnants that worked out very well and were a great savings. They had beautiful stone options to choose from. They were easy to schedule for the installation and their prices were very good. When there was a slight crack in one edge, they came out again to smooth it out and make it perfect. Very nice people to deal with - I would definitely contact them again!

Amazing. I really couldn't be happier. I found them on Angie's List and after reading their reviews here reached out to them and a couple other stone places. From the outset, they were the most responsive, by far. Also, their prices for new stone were some of the best, even compared to pricing remnants at other stores. They have great customer service and this was especially clear to me in a couple of instances. First, when I was nervous about the sizing of the countertop, the size of the overhang, and if we had enough space, they talked me through the whole process so I could understand their recommendation. (It turned our beautifully!) Also, when my contractor was hoping for a quick turnaround with the fabricating process, he was shocked with how quickly they did it. Finally, after they installed the stone, the plumber installed some plumbing the same day and as a result the stone shifted a bit. When I called them, they came out within a day or two and (for no charge!) happily fixed it. This is the kind of place where you smile when you walk in the door and then you feel like you should add them to your christmas card list when the job is done. Thank you! Shopping for granite countertops can be confusing and time consuming. They’re a big investment, and there are so many things to consider: Solarius or New Venetian Gold? Uba Tuba, Black Galaxy, Black Pearl, Blue Pearl or Emerald Pearl? Giallo Antico, Giallo Fiorito, Giallo Ornamental, Giallo Vicenza, Giallo Veneziano… So many choices, and every stone is unique so you need to SEE IT – not a sample. Then, what kind of edge do you prefer? Eased, Pencil, Radius, Bullnose, Half Bullnose, Double Bullnose, Bevel Bullnose, Bevel, Double Bevel, Ogee… Want a backsplash? Full wall or 4”? You get the picture. As an avid and frugal comparison shopper, I visited multiple granite companies and emailed several more till my head was spinning. And then I found Onyx Marble & Granite. My search was over. From my first email, call and visit to select my stone, through installation, dealing with Poliana and Jose was a pleasure. Honest and straightforward, extremely knowledgeable, and clearly committed to customer satisfaction, they and their templating and installation crew were fantastic. My (numerous) calls and emails were promptly, pleasantly and patiently answered. Their guys were punctual, extremely polite, neat and efficient. They came to template on a Saturday morning (a big plus for me as I didn’t have to miss work), and installed my beautiful counters the following Saturday! Poliana and Jose are good people who take pride in their work. I highly recommend Onyx Marble & Granite for quality granite countertops at a highly competitive price.

This company backed out on our agreement. They are not interested in winning your business. We made several visits to their showroom and got as far as having them come out to do the templates for our new countertops. The people who came to do the template gave us different information than we had gotten in the showroom on multiple points. They said that our old tile backsplash would have to be removed before the countertop went in (showroom had said said the opposite), they said they the countertop installers would not be able to remove just enough of the backsplash to be able to add the 4" granite backsplash to match the countertop (showroom had said they would), etc., etc. The workers also gave us new information which was that we would need to install brackets to support the granite overhang on a portion of our countertop and they couldn't schedule the install until that was done; despite having the full plan and photos of our kitchen the showroom had never mentioned that. So we were frustrated but still wanted to go ahead with the plan. I called the showroom to clarify the discrepancies between what they had told us and what the template people had said...the response I got was basically this: We are not going to be able to do what you want us to do. We don't want to finish your project so we'll refund you the deposit. I was speechless. I said that we would like for them to finish the job, that we just needed to clarify some things and that there was definitely still opportunity for us to walk away as satisfied customers. He wasn't interested. Just could not care less. Don't waste your time with this company.

I could not be happier with the job Onyx completed in an efficient and professional manner. I can only highly praise their work, and could find no faults. The staff in the store were equally efficient and helpful, and Mara was a pleasure to work with, so pleasant and patient. The best part was that the job cost exactly what the Angie's Deal said it would, with no upcharges at all. I would recommend Onyx to anyone who wants to replace their countertops.

They were very professional and helpful. The counter looks very good. Fairly priced. The work was high quality.

Dealing with this company from beginning-to-end was a really great experience. We knew the exact stone we wanted ahead of time and they were able to find it, take measurements and install all within a week! When they came to our home, three guys were very courteous and offered to help remove the old counter (which was not in-scope of this job). Afterwards, they efficiently brought-in and installed the new counter tops within an hour; while leaving the kitchen and entryway very clean.

The installation technicians were both pleasant and professional. The complimented our choice of sink and installed the granite as if it was at their own home. We had a small issue with the granite (it bled through, a somewhat common issue with certain granite) and the owner got involved to make sure that we were 100% satisfied. They worked so diligently to make all the granite be a perfect match. I love the work they did, and each day look at my new granite counter tops with such appreciation. I love my new kitchen and I have Onyx to thank for how beautiful it is, and how nicely it was installed. The company really is customer-oriented,and stands behind its work. I recommend them so very highly.

The staff at Onyx is wonderful. They were very responsive and knowledgeable. They helped me with all my questions. They came out, made the template, and scheduled the installation right away. Old counters were removed and new counters installed on the same day. I would absolutely use them again for my next renovation!

I went and met her in person to view samples, get final questions answered, and I decided then to have them do the job after getting many other estimates. There was no sales pressure at all, which I really appreciated! Mara set up appointments for the measuring, and then the installation. Both crews were timely, and extremely friendly. The job was done on time, with only $40 added to the original estimate after exact measurements were taken, which is reasonable. I would say that the new countertops are absolutely perfect, and look magnificent. I would strongly recommend Onyx to anyone. Excellent company. Thanks!

Jose, the owner waited for us after they were closed to accommodate our schedule. We choose our granite it was about 45 per sqft. He gave us a sample and we had them scheduled that coming week to come over our house and create a template. The same week they installed. The employees at Onyx were all very nice and helpful. One thing that I should note is they did not honor the 5% coupon on the granite we choose. They said it was not apart of the promotion. The cost was low so we were satisfied but you might want to ask upfront about the 5%.

The countertop was installed as promised, efficiently and on time. I have had a few home improvements recently and this was by far the best

I needed kitchen countertops in time to list my house for sale. Onyx was able to do it within my time frame. Everyone I met was professional. The countertops were beautiful, and I sold my house within a week.

Mara and her team were very professional, pleasant and efficient. Their pricing was VERY competitive. They arrived on schedule and finished the work right on time. We?ve had nothing but WOW comments on our kitchen and bathroom since. Would highly recommend.

Was very professional and courteous explaining as peninsula was longer than average there would have to be a seam showing us where it would be located in most inconspicuous place possible Marra called a few days before day of installation explaining due to size of piece of granite to be cut, seam would have to be located in middle of sink location and needed our approval before they could cut it. in fact seam was much less noticeable Fernando and 2 other fellows arrived on time Removed existing counter and placed new granite counter Very professional and courteous . Cleaned everything up . Waited for our approval before leaving. Reviewed care of counter with us Very highly recommend this company .

I want to say these guys are great. I had a difficult situation with my cabinetry and they worked with me, made recommendations of what I needed prior to installation. The guys who came in to do the template were fantastic. I had picked out one granite and decided at the last moment to pick a higher grade. Very friendly service and I got a great price too! Everyone I spoke to or worked with were professional, knowledgeable and punctual. I would highly recommend them and I already have!

We decided to upgrade to a premium granite that was not included in the deal, we were happy to pay extra. We also bought a sink from Onyx and had them remove the existing counter, both extra. The counters came out great and Mara was extremely professional and accommodating (she opened the show room early for us on a Saturday so we could pick out the granite we wanted). The only issue was that they used the wrong sealant at the corner of the counter where it meets the 4 inch back splash so it didn't dry clear as it was supposed to. I simply emailed them a photo and they came back to fix it ASAP. I would definitely use them again.

It went very well. George is a great person. Even though he was having a busy saturday, he came on the phone and responded to my questions and made some great suggestions.

Guys showed up to template the counter top a little late but picking out the granite, installation, taking care of the extra windowsill. etc was very easy. Professional job. Well worth the price!

The granite and a peninsula put in. They did the counter tops and then put the island in. They were prompt. I would absolutely recommend them to a friend.
