Ability to use granite made them much more cost effective than Lowe's or Home Depot. Quality of work was far superior to what either box store would have done based on prior experiences.

They were very professional and did a quality job. Would not hesitate using them again.

Great experience with Onyx. I really liked eliminating the middle man and working directly with the stone fabricator- simplified and streamlined the process. They had exactly what I needed, the pricing was competitive, and the fabrication/installation was prompt. No complaints- my only comment is I'm not sure how great a selection they have for natural stone- since I was looking for quartz, I wasn't as concerned with finding a particular slab.

Loved it. We purchased a 40 sq. ft. deal and I feel we had plenty of extra play room but they ended up charging us extra for the back splash, because apparently we went over the 40 sq. ft. I don't know how they measure it, maybe I'm wrong but the kitchen is 13 ft wide. Anyway - I would hire them again but would just clarify how they measure up the areas. Great quality. Great service.

Very professional installers. They had to remove old countertops and detach from hand made backsplash tiles. Not a single tile cracked in the process. In store associates very helpful and experienced in the products.

They did a great job on the on the installation. The cabinets we have are not level so they compensated for that and installed a great product. They carefully went through the options during the buying process and were knowledgeable to what we were looking for.

Onyx was great. They gave a fair price, they communicated well, they were flexible to our schedule and when it was time for the installation they were fast and did an excellent job. The new counter tops are gorgeous.

Countertops are beautiful. Three installers came to my house, all polite, efficient, and well informed when questions were asked. They left the work space clean. The sales person was excellent and helped us choose the right granite. They come to your home before installation to make a template, this was done in a timely manner. This is an honest company, something to note is that I purchased this through Angie's List and it was for 40 sq.ft. I only required 30 sq.ft., I thought that although I paid for 40 I would only get my 30. That was not so, the sales rep offered the 10 sq.ft. extra that we paid for. What a surprise as we did have another counter space in another room. They cut it perfect and it looks beautiful too! Nice quality of granite we have natural oak cabinets, we chose the "Ubatuba" a dark granite, it looks fantastic! Our entire experience with this company was excellent and I would not hesitate recommend them to family and friends. A+++

I am a tough customer for sure and am quite uptight. The gentle removal of the existing granite was of utmost importance because I was trying to save my white marble backsplash. Thankfully they were aware of my special concerns and were extra delicate in preserving the backsplash, saving me money, and, most importantly, the nightmare of having someone come in to strip off and replace. All in all, I was very pleased with service. Actually moving soon (got new countertops to prep to sell the condo) and will likely look into using them in future again.

Good installation and timely response/fix to a caulking problem.

So far so good. Still waiting on the rest of the install. They did a good job of staggering the install allowing me time to demo and return for the template.

We found Onyx Marble & Granite off of Angie's List and the reviews don't do them justice! They were fantastic to work with, reasonably priced, and have beautiful products. We upgraded our kitchen and were looking for some quartz. We shopped at another store first where the service was subpar. The moment I walked into Onyx, Rick made me feel like I was the most important customer. He helped us work to design a piece in our kitchen and though we didn't end up using it because of space factors, he spent so much time helping us try to figure it out. Though our kitchen isn't quite complete yet, we couldn't be happier with the product we chose and the install from Onyx. Highly recommend and would use them again!

- Very responsive, professional affordable granite selection and installation process from start to finish. - First referred here by kitchen cabinet replacement firm and was delighted at quality and price provided. - Sales staff, Rick Melo, was accomodating, professional and always on top of the process. - Also met Jose, Onyx's owner who helped, with Rick, resolve a glitch in my order. - Onyx accomodated the timeframe I was working on very, very well (between floor installation and wiring/ backsplash work). - Installation team pryed roofing cement off old large butcherblock counter w/sink without damaging it, then carried both over to my neighbors who are using it in their basement workshop now. r - In an industry that can sometimes provide iffy quality and service, this firm is very reputable.

The folks at Onyx were very professional both at the sales location and onsite. They had a very strong understanding and expertise of the project needs and were communicative during the process to pre-empt potential issues during installation. I decided on Onyx based on other angieslist reviews but was sold on them when I visited their facility and met the staff and most importantly they had actual slabs of material in their facility instead of small samples. Overall very pleased with both the material selection and guidance from Rick at the sales office and the install team.

Very well. Area was measured beforehand, and one seamless slab of more than 10 feet, was placed and secured upon my lower cabinet counter! I researched that Quartz (engineered-stone) does not require recaulking seams each year< and is rather maintenance-free!

Outstanding! Our remodeling contractor wanted us to use the same material for the bench seat, threshold, and the niche in our bathroom but the remnant we had purchased was not big enough. We had worked with Blandina Coehlo for the first countertop. She did a wonderful job guiding us to the right choice to deal with the situation. Onyx has been very accommodating and patient through all of the glitches we have had to deal with in this bathroom remodel.
