From the first time I went to the showroom I had a good feeling about this company. The staff was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and took time to explain the products that would or would not be suitable for my purposes - there was no hard sell. The staff was also patient as I went through my litany of questions and they were also patient and polite when I made a few follow up telephone calls. I dealt primarily with David who could not have been nicer. Plus, he was extremely knowledgeable about his products and their various characteristics. I felt that David was truly concerned about the end result and he sincerely wanted me to be a happy customer - which I am - very happy. My granite countertops were installed perfectly - on time, on budget, and they look absolutely beautiful. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best, I give David and the staff of Onxy Marble an 11. I can recommend Onxy Marble for your remodeling needs without hesitation. I'm sure you will be as happy as I am.

We found them on Angie's List. Our experience with them was fantastic. They were wonderful. They are very accommodating to our schedule. They try to help us in whatever way they can. They are prompt in getting back to us. They did a great job with the installation. We would absolutely use them again in the future.

I went into the show room with measurements of my kitchen countertops. I had corian tops that I have hated since day one on all my counters and ubatuba granite on my island. So, I either needed to match the current island granite with a slab that they had or replace all the tops and island with a new granite. Since, I loved the island granite Marcello worked with me trying to match it. The current ubatuba that was being mined is darker than that of my 10 year old island. Marcello spent some time calling to suppliers to see if we could get a slab with more gold in it to match my island. He found slabs that were more goldflecked and had them brought to his showroom and called me excited that he would meet my needs. So I could save money by not replacing the island as well. The workers who made the template and later the ripped out of the corian and installed the granite were extremely professional. They did a phenomenal job installing the granite! Love my kitchen! When they were removing the old corian I asked if we could keep the backsplash since I did not have a backsplash on my corian counters in 2 bathrooms. I mentioned that I was going to get a handyman to install those in the future. They offered to check to see if what was ripped out would fit, and then cut and beautifully installed the corian backsplash in my bathrooms!! I cannot say enough about this wonderful company. From start to finish my experience was professionsal, friendly, and positive. Marcello was responsive to my voicemail throughout the process. I look forward to using them when we redo our bathrooms!

We initially contacted Onyx and Marcello was very friendly. He did have a thin remnant but we wanted to full thickness to match the rest of the kitchen. He said he would see if he could find a remnant but her never called back. The place only has a few employees and I'm not sure they have a FT receptionist or office manager. We left several voicemails and email but no call back. We received a call weeks later and it was clear Marcello never heard our previous messages. By that time we had already went with another company and had the counter fabricated and it was done and installed. BTW- their price was about the same as other places in the area but they didn't give any discount for the thin piece of granite they tried to sell us. When I pointed that put they seemed like they wouldn't drop the price even though we had other quotes for thicker material at the she price. I'd consider them again, but not returning messages or getting them is definitely a problem!

The whole experience was excellent and exactly what you would hope for when dealing with a service provider. I spoke to Marcello at the very beginning and he was my main point of contact throughout the whole process. He was very professional and extremely responsive. He answered all my questions in a very straightforward way, gave his opinion but didn't push me on one direction or another. We wanted marble countertops and he mentioned the issues with maintenance and how the marble is a soft stone that can be tough to keep from scratching, etching or staining and that he would recommend granite instead. We stuck with the marble idea and he was fine with that and did a great job with it. The marble vendor he recommended was excellent and we got the perfect piece, which was not easy but worked out in the end. The guy that came to do the templating was a very nice and professional young guy, very polite and neat with his work. The workmanship was high quality and very timely, and in the end we were completely satisfied. The whole thing took about 2 weeks. My only complaint was that we thought we would get the left over marble from the slab to use for a little end-table, but we were informed after the fact that the quote given was per square foot, and that we didn't not actually purchase the whole slab that we saw. I would recommend asking about that beforehand if you're interested in keeping the extra material. I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them and Marcello.

In order to do the repair they had to use a strong epoxy that has strong fumes so they asked if we have any infants in the house; I thought that was considerate that they asked. They were very courteous and he told us to feel free to call but we haven’t had any problems. The price was higher than I expected but I didn’t compare prices so I don’t know if that is the norm.

Onyx Marble and Granite was a pleasure to work with. They were responsive and the quality of the product and installation were excellent. We would highly recommend, Our veteran carpenter was so impressed that he asked us for their contact info. We worked with Marcus.

Outstanding customer service! Marcos Coelho did an excelent job! we are so pleased with this company. I asked them if they can come today SATURDAY to install my kitchen countertops and they did, same day service! They worked until 9:30 PM on a Saturday night. They are the best! Very pleasant to deal with. I will highly recommend this company. You will NOT be dissaponted! call them!
