Description of Work: Absolutely the best. Response was prompt, service provided next day at time specified and work was perfect. My sink had fallen off retainers bound to granite counters. Several calls to local plumbers baffled them. Onyx knew precisely the problem and repaired it promptly.

Description of Work: They did an awesome job from picking out the tile to the installation. The price was good too compared to other contractors. We would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Installed 30sf of Granite Countertop. Also installed a new sink. Same crew came to template and install. They were extremely polite and worked in a very professional manner. I was very impressed and would use them again.

Description of Work: The company was great, very helpful and forthcoming, and the product was as advertised. We just decided we didn't want to spend the money now to upgrade our kitchen.

Description of Work: We met with Mara in the showroom, I think that was her name, she was very knowledgable and professional. We picked out Granite that's we liked and submitted measurements etc. Granite that would match our kitchen was not part of deal though. The total costs would be over twice the amount of Angie's deal. (Because of square footage and granite choice.) We hope to have work done with them in the future but now is not the right time.

Description of Work: We bought Kitchen and Bathroom Granite counters on a $1,499 Angie's List deal from Onyx. We also purchased new sinks and faucets from them which was separate from the deal costs. They were very professional and helpful with us on picking out the granite, sinks and faucets. Their team arrived when scheduled and installed the counters and sinks with out and issues but they forgot to bring one of the faucets we had purchased. The ended up delivering it the next day. We had to separately hire a plumber to install the faucets as Onyx does do any plumbing. When the plumber came to install the faucets he found out the kitchen faucet was defective. We had to go to Home Depot to get a new faucet to finish the work that day. I will say that Onyx had no issue refunding us the cost of the faucet which was defective. | |Overall we were very happy with the work Onyx did for us however if I was to do it again I would purchase to faucets elsewhere from the start. |

Description of Work: I got my granite countertop from Onyx and they were great. When I started comparing granite prices they were by far the best price. After working with Michelle, I ending up picking a much more expensive granite that I thought but it fit perfectly with my kitchen. There was no pressure to pick a more expensive granite it was just what ended up being perfect for my kitchen | |I would use them again
