Norfolk Kitchen & Bath - Framingham

I chose the Framingham office of Norfolk Kitchen and Bath to do our kitchen reno that I had been dreaming of for 20+ years. As a project mgr. by trade, I understand the complexities of a project like this and how difficult it can be to manage so many moving parts. I wanted a company that could own the entire project from start to finish and NKB delivered! Katie, our designer, was creative, thoughtful, and patient in getting us to the 'starting line'. Jimmy, our Project Mgr, managed all of the moving parts while taking great care to react to the unexpected and keeping us on track with our timeline and budget; often going above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Our installers, Reza and Jamilton were meticulous in their attention to detail and showed great care to our home. Many others including electricians, plumbers, flooring, etc. helped bring the final project to life. Every single person showed the utmost in professionalism and were just really great people to be around. We are now settling in to our new kitchen and I couldn't be happier. NKB was the right choice and if I had to do it all over, I would 100% choose them again.
