I had Nicholas Electric installed a motion detector in my backyard. The price was right and the job was done professionally and on time. At the end of the day I was happy with their work.

I needed a few small items taken care of to satisfy the inspection report for the people buying my house. Kevin took care of them quickly and professionally. While in the process, he uncovered a badly wired outlet in the master bath and traced it to the attic where he found a poorly done job by a previous electrician. He fixed that and resolved a potentially dangerous situation. I have already posted his company on our neighborhood contractor referral network and would recommend Kevin and his staff unconditionally to anyone looking for a top shelf electrician.

Kevin Nichols responded very quickly to my call with Service Magic, and was able to come out to look at the job the next afternoon. This quick turnaround alone would rate 3-4 stars, as getting a contractor to come out, follow up with an estimate, and then actually schedule a job seems to be nearly impossible nowadays. Kevin has two electricians who worked for him on this job, they arrived promptly on the day work began. They were able to re-wire both my upstairs bedrooms and a downstairs circuit that was the old K&T style in 1.5 days. The job was done with a minimum of cutouts in the walls and ceilings, and left the work area very clean.
