Called me back promptly. Quoted the best price. Arrived when he said he would. Courteous, friendly electrician (Brian), who voluntarily cleaned the ceiling so that there would be no mark from the old fixtures.

This was the first time that I used Nichols Electric (wiring a hot water tank to existing heating system). Kevin was able to assess the job and give an estimate the day after the job request. On Friday Kevin and his team installed a relay switch and did the rewiring. The next day (Saturday) the heat on my second floor was really hot and I did not have any hot water. I contacted Kevin Saturday night and he left a personal event to come to my house to fix the problem. The relay switch was defective and Kevin temporarily fixed the system. Kevin and his team came first thing Monday morning to replace the relay switch. Great Job!
