Description of Work: I hired Needham Woodworking to build a pretty huge set of custom cabinets and drawers for my son's room, which included a window seat, cabinets with shelves and several drawers. Shaun ritter was terrific. I had a general idea of what I wanted and he came out (at night, to accommodate me), listened to what I wanted and then designed a prototype during our discussion. We agreed on a delivery date and he delivered exactly on time. The quality and craftsmenship is outstanding. I would use him again in a minute (and I will!).

Description of Work: I used Needham Woodworking to build a custom library cabinet in our home in Weston. I pulled in several bids, but I had a good feeling about this company. The owner of the company, Shaun, showed up personally to look at the job and to do the bid. He showed up on time and prepared, and he was able to do an initial computer layout on his laptop while he was there. There was no nonsense about paying for any of that, and there was no pressure to 'make the deal' then and there. When the price came in, I felt it was right on the money. I was still wary about using someone new, so I asked to see his workshop, which he readily agreed to. I paid a visit, and all seemed in order. The job came in a week late, but I was given advance notice, and I was ok with that. Shaun does have a several months lead time, which I was actually sort of relieved to hear, as I felt that showed he was good and in demand. The cabinet took a good part of the day to install, and the workers kept all areas clean and were very professional. Our house is old and askew, but Shaun and his workers were able to make all the necessary adjustments. The thing I like most about the cabinet is that it looks like it has been there forever.......and yet still looks like it could be in an "Architectural Digest" magazine. I am now having Shaun design an even larger and more complex cabinet for the family room.

Description of Work: When I called Sean for an estimate, he came right out, he sent the proposal and computer graphic picture of the custom built bookcases that night. We waited on a few other estimates that were not as fast as Sean he sent a nice email asking if I had any questions. When I did have questions he redid the graphic picture fast. He was always here when he said he would be. He is professional and a talented woodworker. The best part is the custom built in is beautiful. Sean has to come back and place a door that was the wrong size.
