Description of Work: Removed old roof tile over dormers, installed new rubber roof. Work started a month after down payment made. The work was completed in about 6 hours, they cleaned up after the work was done. I was puzzled when they wanted to replace my chimney that was 7 years old and in mint condition. I didn't go for it. I'm satisfied I have a new roof over the dormers but was somewhat taken aback about their mention about my mint condition chimney.

+ -1 moreTheir price was so expensive. They were quite courteous and I liked them. Their price was just too high. He was quite responsive.
Description of Work: I got an estimate from Murphy Construction to repair a foundation seal.

+ -1 moreIt all went very well! Jim and his crew always showed up on time and worked very quickly and efficiently. Every room in our house was touched by the construction in some way and we remained living in the house with our young children. Jim was very willing to work around our schedule as much as necessary (i.e., avoided doing demo work while the kids were napping), and they were careful not to leave dangerous tools or debris around. They even took care to keep the cat indoors! Beautiful carpentry, superb subcontractors, fair pricing and flexibility to change plans as we went along.
Description of Work: Added a mudroom and powder room to the downstairs, added banisters to staircase, removed a wall in the kitchen, added two closets upstairs and created a master suite.
