Robert M. arrived on time. Looked over the heating unit and then proceeded to examine the air conditioner. He invited me to join him as he went through all the tasks he would be performing. He was thorough and predicted what the right no. levels should be on the various functions. I needed a new hard start which will definitely prolong the life of the unit; as a member I received a 15% discount. 5

I had come into my office on Monday and there was an odor of something that had a burned wire smell and the office was cold. I found out the steam boiler had gone. I made a call to Paul and he came by within a couple of hours. He said that he would get a price and would let me know that night and he did. He emailed me a quote the next day and the following day Paul and his son installed the new one. I can't tell you how pleased I was. I will use Paul and his son for any other service I need and will highly recommend them..

Great experience! We had already hired Paul for a previous job and did not hesitate to contact him again to take care of replacing the gas water heater. We contacted the gas company when the water heater failed. They told us it needed to be replaced and told us what to expect for a price range when calling contractors. Paul's price was within that range, as we expected it would be, having had previous experience with him. We will definitely hire Paul again for any future plumbing/heating work we do.

Paul gave me guidance on what brands were best and where to purchase a new faucet. He came when agreed and did a great job. Left everything neat and clean, Great plumber! Have used him many times for large and small projects. Paul is the best!

His workmanship is very good. They're pretty good but they have a busy scheduling. I'm very pleased with the result. He's a little bit on the expensive side. The workmanship, end result and the bathrooms are good so it's maybe a good value for money.

We initially met Paul when our contractor hired him to help with a bathroom/kitchen remodel. He helped remove old pipes and put in new pipes, including moving the shower and toilet drain. He put in all the new plumbing for the sink, toilet, shower, gas stove, etc. He also put in the ducting for the exhaust of our hood, this included adding a make up air vent as well. Paul and his son were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I am glad they were selected by our contractor to help with our large project. The cost of this project was rolled into what we paid our contractor. We did use Paul a second time. We had a small gas leak to our dryer. I called Paul up and he quickly sent his son over to repair the leak. Not only did he repair the leak, but he secured the pipe to the wall to insure it would not become loose again. He took the time to fix the problem, unlike the original plumber that didn't secure the pipe properly. I would definitely use Paul again. He did a wonderful job and makes sure things are done right.

Paul McCullough had someone out there within 10 minutes of my request. Young man was thoroughly professional, courteous, efficiently took care of problem and cleaned up afterwards! I would use again without question!

Wow! Paul McCullough really came through. We were in the process of some kitchen remodeling and needed to install some appliances that I bought at a big box store. The estimators that the store sent were way off in price and scope. I called Paul, who was referred to me from another Angie's list provider, and he came over the next morning, helped me to understand where some complications might pop up, and called in some of his regular associates to help with the carpentry and electric. Paul coordinated it all (although I paid the others separately), and we were able to get it all complete in less than two days of disruption. He even came through on the spot by calling in another associate when we realized that the new cooktop was a half inch wider than the old one, and required that the granite be cut back. Paul and his son personally took care of the gas line and a major modification on the ventilation system. They were a delight to deal with, even when discovered how poorly the original equipment was installed and knew that they'd have to do some major surgery to finish it all professionally and up to code. And they were very fair on the additional costs that came as a result of uncovering and redoing what had been done poorly so many years ago. I won't hesitate a second in recommending them to other Angje's List members.

Paul came highly recommended to us by a home inspector and he has not disappointed. He promptly returned our call, came and looked, and returned with his son and got a rather large job done efficiently and with good cheer. He is coming back to complete the job and do a few other more minor plumbing jobs.

Paul was responsive to initial phone calls. Work was done well during 2 visits in coordination with new countertop installation. Price was fair.

I am absolutely delighted with the advice given and the work done by McCullough Plumbing. And it is wonderful having unlimited hot water with the tankless heater! I would definitely recommend McCullough Plumbing to friends and family (and anyone else!).

McCullough plumbing worked for my contractor. I met Paul when he came to install my new baseboard heat in the kitchen. There was a bit of coordination involved with this project and Paul was able to accommodate the timeline involved with the granite installation. He came to my home to shut off the water under the sink and to remove the plumbing for the dishwasher and remove the garbage disposal and faucets the day before the granite was installed. After the granite was installed, the back splash installed and appliances delivered, Paul came back to my home the next day and installed the new faucet and new garbage disposal and hooked up the ice maker. Paul gave me advice on good quality faucets. He was even able to give me other advice on the best way to clean the kitchen cabinets. That helped me a lot. Paul was friendly and he did a very good job and he came when he was needed. I think his prices were fair . I will be having Paul do some more work in my home and I would recommend him.
