These guys are reliable, affordable, and do phenomenal work. They fixed/rebuilt a large retaining wall on our "elderly" property. The work included shrub removal, stone removal, ground leveling, grass seed, etc. The three gentlemen who worked on our site were quiet, friendly, and clean. They kept their tools organized and were completely not disruptive of our daily life. They finished earlier than they said they would and our neighbors were literally coming out of their houses to complement them on how nice our property looks. I would recommend Mass Stone to everyone. We are already planning to use them again in the future!

If you are doing any brick or stone work, either to your house or on your property, use Renato and his crew. They are wonderful people, consummate craftsmen, thoroughly professional. We cannot wait to have them back for our next project. Highly recommend!

I had already made arrangements to have my walls rebuilt, but he just kept moving our start date out, wanted money upfront and finally just ceased all communications. I ended up on home advisor trying to find a replacement. Filled out the form and Ronaldo from Mass Stone got back to me within 20 minutes. We set up a meeting for later that day. He showed up on time, gave me quote (based on materials and time, not just sq ft as most) right then (better $ than our previous) and said he would start tomorrow if we wanted him to. Next day he and the crew showed up at 0800, we signed an agreement (something I really like) and they started tearing out the old walls. It took 5 weeks to finish my project as I liked what they were doing and had him redo my front steps and walkway. The crew was very polite, were open to small changes and just overall did a great job. Right down to washing the driveway before they left. First time I had absolutely no issues with a contractor or his work. I would definitely hire them again.

Renato provided high quality work, reasonable price, efficient and professional. We are very pleased by his and his crew members workmanship. If we can rate him for star, we would give him 10. I found Masstone via Home Advisor. Upon meeting Renato, we knew he was the one for our project! It involved over 300 feet of stone walls (4 feet high), plus a paver patio and walk, along with a custom fire pit, and sod installation. He and his crew were professional, and they were able to complete this large job in 5 weeks, quality along with quickness! They are true craftsman in all components of the work, and very flexible as the project evolved and changed to meet our needs! We highly recommend Renato and his team. Hardworking, professional and a reliable company.

Renato and his crew were great to work with. The crew were polite, friendly and very responsive to my (many) requests. The crew were very careful with the installation and took great pride in their work - very experienced craftsmen. I am very pleased with the project and would hire again. Project cost was comparable to other bids received.

Renato was great. We did not has a specific design for the patio and walkways that we wanted. Renato has able to show us lots of pictures and we came up with a design that we liked. The crew came in and got the work done very quickly. We were surprised about how late they were willing to work. Now we have a beautiful patio to enjoy all summer.

Renato's crew did a fantastic job on my front yard demo, paver install, and sod install. He was responsive to my many questions/changes ahead of time and completed within his estimated time frame. His paver work was fantastic. The sod work came out ok. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any projects and their pricing was extremely reasonable.

Mass Stone did a terrific job transforming our backyard by replacing our old retaining wall and moving it back to give us a flat area in the yard. Renato came to meet with us, listened to what we wanted, gave suggestions, showed pictures of samples, and gave us a reasonable estimate. When they encountered a problem (a giant sheet of rock that they could not drill through) Renato immediately called to offer reasonable options. We are thrilled with our new retaining wall and with the flat space they created, and we would definitely recommend them!

I've hired Renato and Mass Stone three times,1st time, back yard patio, 2nd time to do a side walkway, and 3rd to do a front walkway. In each case Renato quoted a price that was quite reasonable, and offered design insights that further improved the appearance of my home. BTW, the backyard job was far bigger than I or Renato realized it would be. Clearing the old patio meant removing a large patch of ivy. Ivy is not merely a vine---the vines come from an underground tree. It was huge. Renato never complained about the extra time or materials and did not request more money. Great company.

The SP arrived on time on to the home on weekend to discuss the project and did a wonderful job on the paver patio. Renato called us within 2 hours and came out on the same day with sample and pictures of work completed. The work was complete neatly and in a professional manner. We extend the project and they were able to accommodate us. They work through rain and shine. I was very impressed with the service.

Performed the work very quickly and efficiently. Used wheelbarrows and shovels to move pagers over finished lawn so that there was no damage to the yard. This was a large patio with several connecting walkways and the two men were very polite and quiet doing the work.

This is an outstanding company that delivers the results they promise. We installed a 60' x 20' patio, retaining wall and a sitting wall. The finished work was beyond our expectations. It is both structurally sound and looks beautiful. Renato's suggestions were fantastic. I would recommend him and the company to anyone needing landscape construction work.
