Description of Work: Patio with pavers, we picked out. Vincent and his workers did an excellent job. He sent us to a place to pick out our pavers and he did the rest. Came out beautifully! We also had him put in natural stone steps from the back door to the patio, then 3 blue stone steps to the patio. Our backyard has never looked better! It was very un level and not an easy area to work in. Have already hired him to plant some privacy bushes this spring!

Description of Work: The Madrona team totally rehabbed the side of my house. Grading, a drywell and a blue stone walkway atop it all. Additionally they placed rip-rap along my 1/4 mile long driveway to help with water erosion issues. They are not inexpensive, but they aren't over the top either. And the quality of the work as well as communication and professionalism was top notch.

Description of Work: We had used this provider to install Arborvitie 2 years ago and were looking for basic maintenance - the last winter was bit rough on the trees. (They did a great job with the initial install and all 12 plants are still going strong.) They did not quote on the maintenance due to the very small nature of the project - it was not worth it for them to send anyone out to work on the bushes which is understandable.

Description of Work: Called in Madrona Bros. for an estimate for landscaping services. They were punctual, professional and thorough--the price was fair but budget cuts limited our choices.

Description of Work: F for Frustration: obviously business is very busy- played phone tag over the spring but when calls during the week aren't promptly returned or unanswered calls to the office on spring Saturdays, the time when most working folks have available, it amounts to a lot of frustration.

Description of Work: was prompt in coming to our house to a**** the project. Listened to what we wanted and made good suggestions. Was clear on the pricing and schedule and flexible when problems arose. His team was courteous and professional. At the end of the job, they walked through everything. Most importantly, the final price was the same as the agreed upon price. Would use him again.

Description of Work: Build stone wall next to the patio, cut 3 trees down, cleared a lot of yard debris (tree links, leaves, twigs, etc.), grade the yard (it was very uneven since we had a garden and the land slopes) and spray that stuff for a new lawn, also corrected some bad work surrounding the patio.

They also subcontracted someone to install a sprinkler system with 10 rotors and 30 sprays. They graded, put in top soil, and seeded the 1/4th acre yard. The work took two weeks and the price included parts and labor.
