Great. Reasonable estimate in the morning and then 4 hours later it was all gone.

Very professional over the phone, Ken claimed he could beat competitor 1-800-GOT-JUNK price by 20% with a better price structure. According to him, former 1-800 employees say there is no price structure over there. I gave 1-800 a call and got their HQ in Toronto, Canada, not very cool, plus it sounded like 1-800 would be too expensive. Ken said to text a photo for a quote (an option 1-800 did not give me) and his replies were very prompt. They gave me a great deal, we arranged next-day junk removal based on the pics, and his guys were super speedy and done within 10 minutes. I was impressed most of all by the professionalism of his entire team. Go local, folks!

I called them on Friday afternoon and Ken said they could come at 1:30 on Saturday. They arrived on time and were very reasonably priced, especially considering we were getting rid of an AC and a computer monitor. This is the second time we've used them and will use them again.

Ken called the next day after I put out the request for a quote on Angie's list. I described the piano and room and exit areas. He quoted the price and suggested a date just two business days away. I also texted a picture of the piano and exit way. he made sure I received an insurance certificate the next business day and before the work was done. The three men who came were clean and very professional. They were also very courteous. They moved the piano very quickly and efficiently so it was gone in minutes. Overall, a very good experience. I would hire them again.

It was a 90 degree day, I felt terrible for the guys doing the move, but they were all great (providing a few cold sodas for them helped I'm sure). And a few items I no longer wanted were able to be taken away with them as part of their Junk Removal service. A win-win.

The process was quick and easy. I left an email requesting an estimate, within minutes I got a phone call and in short order they swung by. The estimate process went quickly since I already had the junk clearly identified. They sized the load (1/4 load), provided an estimate, and we set up for a removal time. The removal guys arrived very promptly in a large 24' box truck (not one of those small things) and they made short work of the heavy / awkward items I had. They were very pleasant through-out the process. There were no surprises - the end price was as quoted and I got my garage parking spot back :).

I called to ask for same day service, and they showed up within hours. They cleaned up the big pile as expected, leaving only a small branch pile that they picked up when I pointed it out. Very friendly and professional...I’d use them again.

They picked up the furniture and delivered as requested and emailed a copy of the charity's donation receipt. They discounted the price since they were delivering the pieces to a charity. They handled the furniture carefully as movers would.

Only one of three companies to respond to my inquiry via the web. Price was reasonable and job go done quickly.

Good communication. Although they arrived about an hour later than promised, they did call and keep in touch. The team of two was very efficient and courteous. Overall a good experience and would definitely call them again, if needed.

Two men arrived exactly as scheduled. They were very pleasant and took away the furniture pieces very quickly.

Way beyond our expectations! His team was punctual, friendly and very careful to not damage any of the items that were staying. They even showed up a little earlier than they needed to (appreciated as our project was on hold until the items were removed). I cant say enough great things about their work, the pricing and professionalism!

It couldn't have gone better. The vastly exceeded my expectations in terms of price, thoroughness of service, and rapidity. They arrived about 25 minutes early (no problem) and were done before they were scheduled to start. Not only were they highly efficient, but the workers were friendly and polite. It is clear that the owner of the company, who was on hand and supervising, treats his people well and with respect, and they in turn seem to want to work well and hard for him. Also, it's clear that the workers are friends, and that they enjoy each other's company, so that this very difficult work is made much easier. Just before he left, having given me the initial estimate for the work, the owner exulted, "I love this work!" It's clear that he does -- and as a result he is committed to being extraordinarily good at it. You rarely see this level of excellence in any kind of endeavor. I would use them again in a second.

Ken showed up with team of 5. Had a large cargo van, box truck and pickup truck. He only needed to fill the van for my load, which was packed solid. Cost was reasonable. He was in and out in no time. Friendly, thankful for the business. Could not have asked for more from his team. I would certainly use him again.

They were fast to respond and easy to work with. They showed up on time and were very friendly and helpful!

Called Ken on Monday and he was very easy to deal with - told him what I needed and he gave me a quote over the phone and scheduled for noon Tuesday. Tuesday I was left waiting a while - this was the only problem. I called Ken at 12:45 and he called his guys - called back with an apology and his guys were on their way. There was another snafu when they called from the right address in the wrong town - I may have contributed to that so I don't blame them. They showed up, were nice and polite, loaded the basketball goal into their truck, we settled up and they were on their way. Would use again.

Ken was very polite and provided fast turn-around on a quote and the actual service. Three wonderful boys and himself showed up on time then fast and efficiently removed all my items. No damage and plenty of smiles!! GREAT SERVICE!!

I first met Ken thru his wife Nancy at Sudbury Rug and Home, she had helped me find a rug for my house she also mentioned that her husband had a junk removal business. My parents have been trying to clean out there basement in hopes of putting there home my parents of sixty years on the market. They had been picking away at it a little at a time not making much headway. I contacted Ken Salvin on his cell, (left a message he got back to me that day) he was polite and accommodating. Met with my parents and myself, assessed the basement, gave us a fair price. Most of all he made my parents feel comfortable not rushed. He came back when he said he would with help and although it was by no means easy, the final product was a clean basement.
