+ -1 moreCarlos was very punctual. He and his partner cleaned the 20 windows I had from an Angies deal plus another 10. He charged $10 each. The windows were all different sizes, some were picture windows, some floor to ceiling--he did them all. No problem climbing very high on his ladder to do some of the very high windows. I would use again, and highly recommend

+ -1 moreI purchased a "The Big Deal" coupon to wash 20 windows any size. After they completed the work they told me each Pane is a window and demanded another $100. I paid under protest and set a letter and wrote a review. I was not contacted by him or Angies. They also counted a transom as an additional window. I will not use them again.
