They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

I love everything that Joe and his crew have done for my home but now that it's all done I miss having them around. They work clean and efficiently and are extremely nice and accommodating. We had a ton done and there were no call backs needed. They get it right the first time. The price is fair for such quality work. I'm hoping to renovate my bathroom next and there will be no question what plumber will do the work.

They came to fix the leak and claimed it was the drain pipe which they replaced. A couple days later I noticed water under the sink again and called them back. They returned to check it out but couldn’t find anything wrong. Needless to say, I still have a leak under my sink and feel like I paid for nothing.

I would use this provider again.

They were punctual and courteous and explained the problem and how it would be fixed. The job took well under and hour and cost 150.00. Tubing cost 25.00 so labor was 125 per hour. I was surprised by that. I had used them before and I believe their rate was less per hou on the previous job. I called them before rodenheiser because I thought their rate was more reasonable. May or may not use them again.

Chris (manager) was recommended by Onyx Marble and Granite. He responded immediately to my request and helped find a date that would work so that the plumbing and counter installation could be done in one day. I used the opportunity to get other plumbing work done that I had put off. Each job had its own challenges. Terry and his apprentice arrived promptly to get the old plumbing out before the counter folks arrived. A carpenter who had installed another vanity had recommended changing some of the plumbing shut-offs. Terry reported that they seemed to be both fairly new and were working properly and that there was no need to change them. I appreciated his honesty. The job was done in exactly the amount of time I expected and Chris made sure that I knew what I was getting into. He also gave me enough information so that I could get the shower fixtures I wanted that would make the plumbing task the simplest. I couldn't be happier and anticipate doing two projects in the spring as a result - I trust that the quality of work will be perfect and the price, fair.

Everything from this company was great. Chris was very reponsive taking my calls in the office and the quality of work was great. I am a long time customer of Joe Kaufman Plumbing and have recomended many friends to them. I would encourage anyone to give them a call for anything from a boiler replacement to a small repair in plumbing.
