JF New Direction Cleaning Corporation

We chose J F New Directions because of good online reviews and responsiveness to our request, and ease of communicating with them. We knew our closing date and wanted a full cleaning of the empty house prior to moving in, so Jose scheduled us for the cleaning day and arranged for us to text him after our bank closing, and they would meet us at the house that day to give a more accurate estimate. I had warned him that the house was very dirty, and hoped they could handle it. When he and Fatima arrived, they listened carefully to my (very!) picky details of all the things I wanted done (basically every surface inside & out - cabinets, appliances, light switches, windows, everything). And they completely understood and were confident they could do this, and explained the types of cleaners to be used, to get the job done. In some cases bleach, so they wanted to get our OK and if not, offer some alternatives. I don't remember exactly how long it took or know how many people, but by the time I got to the house the evening of cleaning day, I was a little nervous. I shouldn't have been!!! I'm not even embarrassed to say I choked up a bit at how sparkling clean every single thing was! I really could not think of anything additional that wasn't cleaned - absolute professionalism and wonderful people- thank you! thank you! Jose & Fatima!!!
