Only took 24 hours from contacting Gutter Pal for an estimate to having the gutters completely installed. Would definitely recommend them and use them again for other gutter projects.

+ -1 moreProprietor of business was out of town when I first called, so it took a couple of days for him to get back to me. But once he did, he came to do the work exactly when he said he would, and the problem was repaired properly and promptly.

+ -1 moreI filled out the contact form on their website Thursday afternoon. Thursday evening, my doorbell rang while I was in the shower. I went downstairs after to find a card from them in my screen door. I've heard nothing else since. So, summary: They never responded to my inquiry from their website. Showed up at my house unannounced at 7:30 at night Left no proposal Just left a business card (if I wanted to call them, wouldn't I have called them in the first place?) Haven't heard from them since. So I can't even say whether or not their work or prices are any good, because I never got that far.
Description of Work: Nothing but waste my time.

+ -1 moremike replied within a few days, came out to look at the damage, quoted me a fair price for replacement, then came within a few days and replaced it. cost as estimated. quick, easy to deal with, great work, nice, fair company. pretty much everything a new homeowner could want! he also works on roofs, etc., all exterior house stuff. highly recommend!

Description of Work: The weight of a massive ice dam and monster icicles ripped a 16 foot length of gutter off my house. Mike came within a half hour of calling him, surveyed the situation and gave me a reasonable price. He noticed another gutter was also straining under the weight and said he would take care of that as well. We agreed on a date and time, but weather was not cooperative. He called me in advance and said he would not be able to come and reschedule the service. He came exactly when he said he would with 2 others and got the job done quickly. He made the new seamless gutter right on his truck. The quality was excellent and every one was professional and exceedingly pleasant. He put new gutter anchors to strenghten the gutter that was pulling away(by this time the ice dam had released). The thing I liked most was his great attitude and respect for what the customer wanted. He did not have the attitude that so many contractors have, which is: "Don't tell me. I've been doing this for 20 years. I know what to do." While this was a relatively small job, he treated it with importance. I would certainly have him back for other work.

+ -1 moreMike and his team at Gutter Pal were everything I hoped for. My gutters were in rough shape: several years overdue for replacement, so Gutter Pal had their work cut out for them. They responded quickly and gave me a very reasonable estimate by email. We set up a date and Mike called the evening before to check in. They arrived promptlyy, worked efficiently and kept me apprised of progress as the weather was threateniing to turn stormy. The gutters are strong, look terrific and I was able to test them the next day during a big rain storm! I had a question about the downspouts and Mike answered all my questions readily and was always available by phone. They cleaned up my yard better than they found it! I am extremely pleased with the gutters and the work of Gutter Pal. I will use them in the future and recommend them to anyone who wants fast, efficient, solid work done at a good price.
