Description of Work: Prompt service at a reasonable price. It was a rental property and received a water bill 10X the normal rate. Fixed a running toilet and the bill was reduced to the old amount.

+ -1 moreThe toilet was an older model of a one-piece low profile and needed a specific part. Geof was able to determine exactly what was needed, found the part and fixed it efficiently. He also was able to identify and find he cartridges needed for the lav set and the bowl for the ped sink. He found the sink at a local outlet at a great price. He waited until all parts were in for the sink repair, which meant less labor and less cost to me in the long run. He was also able to figure out why it cracked in the first place and made sure the new installation would not repeat the same issue. Super dependable and stayed in touch about scheduling and he was always on time. He is also a very pleasant person, super nice to my pets. An expert with lots of experience, I have every confidence in his ability and honesty and would recommend him highly. I will call him again if I need his services. His rates were very reasonable.
Description of Work: Repaired a one-piece toilet that was not flushing. Replaced cartridges in a lav set and installed a new bowl for a pedestal sink.

+ 1 moreHad some household chores to be done that were over our head. Called Geof Delaney and within the promised time he was at our house giving us an estimate. We were doing some major work in the bathroom so the evening he came to give us an estimate he kindly removed the old vanity and blocked up the pipes so we could do the repairs that were needed. On the same evening we set a date and time to install the new vanity and plumbing fixtures. He was at our home exactly as scheduled and the installation went without any problems. He even caulked the sink and cleaned things up to the point where nothing had to be done after he left. It was ready to use. The following week we called for his help again installing a new stove in our kitchen. It was a very difficult job because it was a slide in stove which had absolutely no extra space and Geof had to climb over cabinets to install the gas line. He took great care in making sure it was secured properly and tested for any possible leaks.
Description of Work: Doing some bathroom/kitchen remodeling. Geof installed a new vanity and stove in our home. Checked everything numerous times for leaks, made sure everything was centered and level and did all finish work required.
