Hi, Gallagher Design visited her home and met with her husband about installing a seeded lawn in Sept. of 2008. Because I was so busy then, and they wanted the work done right away, I told them honestly that it would be better if someone who could do it right away, They agreed and said we will talk to you in the spring of 09. I communicated mostly with her husband Andrew . I spent 4 hours putting a design together for the front of their Wellesley home, at no cost to them, in September 09, which included a planting design and a walkway design, with a price. Andrew said he was doing work on his Cape Cod home, and to contact him this spring, 2010, which I did, and to put together a revised design, at a lower cost, which I did. When I was suppose to meet with Andrew, my mother had to enter Hospice, and I could not meet with him and asked if I could meet when he returned from his 10 day trip. He asked if I could mail the design, but my mom's illness took precedent,as I had to take off 9 days from work. Since then we have buried my mother, and I have just started returning to work, perfectly willing to present yet another design price to Andrew and Mrs. Roper. Most other reports are A's. Bottom line is I put a lot of time over 2-3 years for Andrew and his wife. I only met with her once in 08, so her facts are wrong. That is how this situation actually occurred.( I presented one full design with a full price and completed another design with a price, and couldn't meet because of the family situation.( I would rather present it in person, rather than mail it, to answer question in person That is how the company operates to avoid repeated visits back to the site.) More understanding could have been shown to me during this difficult time. Chris Gallagher Gallagher Design
