Description of Work: F&W is the worst company ever when it comes to service. They steal $250 from and when I asked for documentation they couldn't provide it so customer service told me they don't need to send me anything and hung the phone up on me. Trust me don't rest your time and money it's not worth your time. Look else where trust me on that one. When a company tells you something and can't back it up with documentation that's a probably. VERY DISHONEST AND STEALERS

Description of Work: I had a squirrel in my eaves as a result of a vent plate blowing off and exposing an access point for it. F&W was able to schedule someone to come out fairly quickly and in a way that coordinated with my work schedule. He did a thorough exam of the property and confirmed that it was definitely a squirrel. He suggested we install a "one way door" so the squirrel could get out to find food, but would not be able to re-enter. The problem for me was the cost. He said it would be $950 for the parts and installation. Additionally, if I wanted them to set traps in my eaves, it would be another $450. That seemed really high to me, so I had some other people come out and give me estimates. In the end I went with a company that set a trap for $189 outside the point of entry and had a carpenter replace the vent plate for $150. In the end we got the job done for less than 1/3 of what F&W quoted us. The company we used was certified and did a great job so I have no regrets.

Description of Work: The Management Company that manages this condominium building uses F & W. Due to rodent problems, F & W attended to my apartment. Their staff is polite and professional. F & W is will to work schedules with the Management Company as well as individuals. | |Please note that I know of F & W through the Management Co and have not hired them directly.

Description of Work: We have an annual agreement where they come 4 times a year and treat the outside perimeter of my 2 story house. Inside, they set mouse traps and ant traps. They treat the exterior window, door frames and roof over hang with a product called Wisdom for Spiders. We pay quarterly.

Description of Work: I found terminate mud tunnels with live activity on the exterior foundation. F&W came out within a few days of my call to do the free estimate. The inspector only looked at the outside of the house and recommended 2 different treatment options; bait traps or trenching/drilling for Termidor treatment.
