Working with Wallace and his team was a wonderful experience. They organized the work around our schedule and needs, and performed excellent work. I was impressed at how much time they took for the job...the work was meticulous.

Wallace and his one assistant worked on this project for 2 days. They were very punctual, polite and efficient throughout the process. No wasted time, yet I never felt they were rushing through the work just to get it done. His contract was specific as to what we wanted to get done and he did everything as promised. I would recommend him to anyone.

Wallace Jordao, owner of Euro Style Flooring Solutions was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the project. He provided a timeline of when everything would happen and described the process step-by-step. He and his team were extremely neat, cleaning everything before and after the project. He even made suggestions for tiled areas of flooring (in front of the fireplace and front door) that we were leaving alone, but, after listening to his suggestions are now considering doing in the near future. I had a few inquires after the first day of the project and surprisingly he was available by phone after hours and very responsive and reassuring regarding my questions. He is just a nice, genuine person, very easy to talk to and work with. He his exactly what you would hope for when hiring someone to work in your home.

The first project was to install kitchen backsplash using glass tiles and urethane grout. I hired Wallace at Eurostyle Flooring because he not only gave me the best quote, but was the only one with experience on using urethane grout, which is a relatively new product. All the other installers I contacted either did not know what I was talking about, had no experience with it or flatly refused to do it (because they were used to the standard cement or epoxy grout). I was also impressed that he put on booties before entering the house so as not to dirty the floor. The process was also very interesting as I had purchased 3 kinds of tiles with varying thicknesses. Wallace's process to ensure they were flush to one another entailed making and temporarily installing wood templates as a place saver for the thicker tiles. Then he filled the recessed area with cement (or something that looked like it), thereby raising the surface so that the thinner tiles would be flushed with the thicker tiles. This process was part of his initial quote. Other contractors (with different processes) were going to charge me extra to flush the tiles, thereby making them even more expensive than they already were. It was a laborious process but it paid off and the backsplash is beautiful. In addition, I hired Wallace to machine-scrub the haze off the kitchen floor which was installed by a previous contractor. He did this twice, without charging extra, because the first attempt using a milder abrasive did not remove haze completely. It was because Wallace did excellently on the above jobs that I contracted him a month later for tile installation in the basement. His price this time was the same as another contractor I use, but I decided to hire Wallace instead because of his earlier work. In addition to floor installation, he did a number of handyman jobs like replacing electrical outlets for a minimal fee. He was also really nice and would help me at no cost with minor carpentry as I am learning to be d DIY-er.

Wallace and his team were fantastic from my first point of contact. I was referred to Wallace by another home repair vendor. I was looking for a trustworthy, reliable and conscientious tile company to complete a small job in my apartment. I had been having difficulty getting vendors to call or email me back. However Wallace was extremely responsive. He immediately responded to my call and made himself available for a consult. During the consult, he explained my options, gave me recommendations as to where to buy the tile, provided me with the measurements and committed to a time to come back and complete the job. That night while I was at the tile store, I had to text him with some questions and he replied instantly. On the day of the job, his team came on time, worked efficiently and did a fantastic job. What I appreciated most about this company was their genuine commitment to me as the customer. There were simple things they did above and beyond that meant a lot to me. For example, I was smelling smoke from a downstairs unit from behind the stove. When they pulled out the stove they sealed up the cracks and the smoke smell has disappeared. When they pulled out the refrigerator, they cleaned the floor before sliding it back into place. When they were finished with the job, the site was cleaner than when they started. All four employees that I interacted with were professional, polite and hard working. I will definitely hire this company again in the future.

Wallace from Euro Style Flooring was referred to me by a friend. He and his employee did a fabulous job ripping out our old basement flooring and installing a gorgeous new ceramic tile floor. Wallace and crew are very personable, prompt and professional. They did a great job -- they didn't leave trash or cigarette butts (and didn't smoke) all over the driveway either! They were very precise with their tile cutting and alignment and everything looks really nice. Highly recommend!!!!

I had previously worked with Euro Style Flooring solutions staff when they renewed my downstairs bathroom. When it came time to upgrade my kitchen by doing the backsplash and my kitchen floors I could not think of any other company that I would call to help me with my project. Just as before Wallace and his brother Wenygttom came in and did an amazing job by working efficiently and meticulously to bring my project to fruition. I can not praise then enough. I would recommend them to anyone with their home improvement needs.

Euro Style Flooring Solutions did a fabulous job with the tile in our kitchen and bathroom - I could not recommend them more highly! From the start, Wallace was extremely responsive to all of our questions and concerns. After we picked out the tile that we wanted, he met with us to measure the rooms and offered suggestions on what would work best in each location. We explained that we could save some costs by removing the old tile ourselves and walked us through the process of doing that. He also provided a detailed list of the materials that we needed for each room, so that it would be easy for us to get them. Wallace Were right on time. They also Install our Living Hardwood Floor, they really did an excellent Job and I would use them again for any tile or hardwood floor work. Would highly recommend Them!

I had the opportunity to work with Euro Style Floor Solution remodeling the downstairs bathroom which has a Jacuzzi. As a single woman remodeling a home I was quite apprehensive and did extensive research to find out the more suitable company to assist me in this project. After much research and comparison I chose to work with Euro Style based on word of mouth and seeing their exquisite work at my friend's home in Boston.
