+ -1 moreWe were on a tight timeline to get our attic ready for Mass Save weatherization and ran into a major stumbling block when it came to the condition of the attic. I called Mario and he came right out to inspect. He gave me a fair price and proceeded to do the very dirty work of cleaning and sanitizing an attic almost 200 years old. He was thorough, careful, and stood behind his work with great integrity. I highly recommend him for any and all home cleaning and disinfecting jobs.
Description of Work: Shoveling out and disposing of years of infested insulation and animal remains.

Mario is among the most pleasant tradespersons I have dealt with. He is thorough and professional. I also like his being on-site during much of the job. He had a good grasp of the problem and offered several options for dealing with it. The work took place when he said it would and required the two days he predicted. His crew cleaned up completely and did exactly what was promised in the contract. Mario provided copies of his insurance and license. I recommend Epic Cleaning and Restoration highly.
Description of Work: Epic Cleaning removed a rubber membrane under the floor joists and the sheetrock and waterlogged cellulose filling the joist spaces above the membrane.
