Great company! They did our floors right away and were reasonably priced

We received several bids for our bathroom remodel. DS General Services came in the lowest by a very significant amount. Part of the difference was that we would have to do more of the work to procure materials and design the bathroom than with other GCs that bid on the project, but even so they were much more affordable. At first, we were nervous that because we selected the cheaper bid we'd get low quality worksmanship, but the team was amazing. All of the DS personnel as well as the subcontractors they brought in were just really nice, efficient and communicative. We can't believe how well the project turned out nor how quickly it was completed, and it was right on budget. I will say that we worked hard to stay on top of the procurement process (tile, grout, vanity, toilet, fixtures, etc.), understanding that any delay on our side led to scheduling issues with the work teams. But the extra work meant that we got exactly what we wanted and we saved a huge amount of money without sacrificing quality or customer service one bit.

Professional, on time and excellent work. We recently had our wood floors refinished and the finished product is beautiful and completed within our budget. Also, there was not a lot of dust leftover.
