I was very impressed with the professionalism of the sales person. He was very informative and answered all of my questions fully. Came out quick to do a quote and was easy to work with through the whole process.

I made a service call to them and two service men came out promptly to look at the doors. After looking at the doors they said that it would not be economically feasible to repair the doors, although they could do the job. They said they needed to have a salesman contact me. The salesman called and set up an appointment and re-iterated that it would be more economical to replace both doors with all new hardware. He gave us two quotes one for steel and one for wood. The quote for complete replacement steel was $2,400 and wood $3,400. We went to the show room and looked at both. The steel doors looked fake and the wood doors looked cheap. We were bummed out. I called S&S Overhead Door. They came out and for $200 replaced the brackets, straighten the tracks, and operate as if the were new. Not bad considering the doors are 52 years old. We still have out old semi-antique doors and they look and operate beautifully! We never did a repair quote from Door Systems which is why we called!

They got the job done, and were willing to speak to me over the phone in lieu of meeting them at the house. Message about code to garage, however, did not get passed on to the technician. Would have appreciated the technician leaving a copy of a work report - only knew cost when bill arrived in the mail. Time for technician billed in 30 minute increments - shorter increments would be preferred.

Sales rep Hank was very good, He was very knowledgeable. I was impressed with his manners and know-how I hired him on the spot. Priscilla, the scheduler, was very pleasant over the phone. Greg the installer, was very good. The installation was very tricky (low clearances) and the door works perfectly! The whole process was very smooth and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

This was as good an experience as I could have hoped for; no one likes to spend this kind of money but our doors were failing, one finally broke in half. Without hesitation, appointment was made, reminder call arrived, and representative arrived on time, not only gave clear and concise recommendations, but provided a temporary fix on the broken door. Installation then took place all in one day. Several weeks later, great Garage products installed - clean work area, great communication. Quite painless. Thanks!

Incredible company to do business with. They were very professional in going over my options on the phone, straightforward, no pressure. Received estimate quickly, then an appointment when they would install. They came on time, installed the door, removed old door. Everything worked flawlessly. This is a great business - they have this process down to a science. Great experience - couldn't ask for anything better.

The person estimating cost of installation and components to be provided, and work to be performed was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and punctual. The contract was complete and clear as to what was expected during the installation. The installer was also very professional, on-time, and complete in his performance. The complete process, from estimate to completion, was a very good experience.

This is by far the best garage door company out there! Very professional and priced right. They left the garage cleaner than they had found it.

HENRY, THE SALESMAN, WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND GAVE US LOTS OF EXCELLENT OPTIONS AT VERY FAIR PRICES. THEN HE WAS VERY PROMPT IN RESPONDING WHEN WE HAD FURTHER QUESTIONS. OUR SPECIAL ORDER COLOR CAME IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS SOONER THAN WE EXPECTED. GREG, THE INSTALLER, DID STELLAR WORK. THE ONLY QUIBBLE I HAVE IS WITH INSTALLATION SCHEDULING. THEY CALL YOU WITH A DAY, AND YOU CAN SAY YES OR NO. IF NO, THEY CALL YOU BACK ANOTHER DAY WITH ANOTHER YES/NO CHOICE. NO GIVE-AND-TAKE ON AVAILABILITY, BUT WE STILL GOT A CONVENIENT DATE WITH ONLY A COUPLE OF CALLS.

INSTALLERS WERE PROFESSIONAL. TOOK CONSIDERABLE CARE TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS ALIGNED AND WORKING BEFORE THEY LEFT.

RON (SALES REP) WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH, VERY RELIABLE AND STRAIGHTFORWARD. DOOR WAS INSTALLED BY ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WHO WAS EQUALLY RELIABLE AND QUALIFIED. PRICES WERE COMPETITIVE WITH OTHER VENDORS. OVERALL HAD A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE AND WOULD RECOMMEND COMPANY TO OTHERS.

ALL OF MY INTERACTIONS WITH THEM WERE VERY PROMPT AND FRIENDLY. THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT TO GIVE ME A QUOTE ON THE SPOT. THE INSTALLATION WAS VERY NEAT AND THE INSTALLER SHOWED UP EXACTLY WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD.

REQUIRED SOME RETROFITTING DUE TO ODD SIZE AND BAD CONDITION OF PARTS OF DOOR FRAME. THEY DID A NICE JOB FROM WHAT I CAN SEE. INSTALLATION APPOINTMENT WAS FOR MORNING, BUT THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP UNTIL 12:30 AND THAT WAS AFTER I CALLED AT 11:00 TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS UP.
