came on time, inspected, consulted and fixed the issue.

It went quite well. I called the service number first thing in the morning and left a message. I was called back within an hour. The service person was at my house by 9 am. He performed the service described above, explaining everything as he went along, cleaned up, and left.

They tried to sell us a lot of parts and stuff, but we were getting ready to move and had no use for it. I liked that they came right away, we couldn't get the garage door to go up or down. I called a couple of other places that were supposed to come right away and they didn't, Door Systems was here within 3 hours. I thought the price was high.

The first time the door was to be installed the door opener had a broken part. The second time out they couldn't install the door opener because the safety light outside the building would not work. The third time was the charm and the service provided was very professional and above and beyond expected. The overall experience was very good once the first two issues were worked through.

It was a double garage door, but we had them put in only one door. Our experience with them was good. They were prompt at that time. The door still looks good after seven and a half years. All the components are still in good shape. All the metal pieces behind the door are fine and it seems to work well. We did have it painted once. I feel that the price was fine. They were responsive and replaced the door quickly since the other one was falling apart. We would research about them online before using their services again.

I'm very happy with the work. They came when nobody was in the house. Made the installation, left all the instructions and manual behind. Everything was clear. The doors have worked flawlessly for over a year now.

They were very professional, on-time, and provided competitive quote. My garage is old, so I needed to have opening re-framed to fit the new automatic door. One person came, and did the whole job in one day (removed old doors, re-frame, installed new doors and system). It was a good experience.

Doors were behaving eratically. start to go down and stop then up ,etc. Checked your list; selected Door Systems because of good ratings. Called, made an appointment few days later. Rob Perry came when he said he would. Detected problerm (misalligned magic eyes.) Lubricated whole systems, showed us how to program remotes, stapled down loose wires, put handles on each door for power failures. Was pleasant, polite, very knowledgable, helpful and got ther job done!!!

I could not be happier with the service Ron provided. He came by to take measurements, had great suggestions on what kind and what color of doors would go best with the house (especially if we repainted etc.) and kept telling us not to rush or hurry into a decision. The guys came in when they said they would and got done in a day. Ron called back to check if the door was working. All in all, a great experience!

I was quite pleased with them. I thought the salesman was excellent. I thought we had a little more time than we had to deal with the sitaution, but within a couple of weeks of me calling the garage door just fell apart. The guy went out of his way to get the job done for us as quickly as possible. They were very good about coming out for service, but I wasn't happy that they haven't coordinated with us to actually meet with us to discuss the completed work. I thought the work itself was excellent and the workman was polite and did an excellent job cleaning up.

We had few people come out to give us the estimate. A gentleman from Door systems was knowledgeable of the products and we discussed about installing the overhead door and the garage door. He did a nice job with the options that was given to him. He had a good understanding on what we were looking for. His price was very competitive. We gave him a shot. He had brochures from different companies which had different doors, different quality of doors, doors files, windows, etc. He knew what made sense to us so he didn?t try to oversell us and also because it was for the storage purpose. We have a sturdy and attractive door so he didn?t try to sell us the top of the line product. It looks great. They also agreed to do the carpentry work for the frames. They did the complete work.

They did a very good job. They were prompt. They were responsive and they came out when they said they would. We haven't had any problems since.

They were excellent. They gave us a quote and had samples. We liked the price and they came back within 3 days to install. They look wonderful. The serviceman was superb. We were also having our house painted and he gave us some tips for the wood. They were wonderful and completely cleaned up everything. You wouldn't even know they were here. I was surpised at the price; I thought it would be much higher. They were terrific and I was pleasantly surprised.

Door Systems responded right away when we called. They personally evaluated the job to be done and gave us an on-site quote. They were ready to move ahead and stood by their quote even when it took us a couple of months to sign the contract. The installation of the garage door was prompt and problem free. The job site was left clean.

Everything went well. Price was very competitive, they were prompt in responding to calls and cleaned up old stuff.

They had the best price and they did a good job. When I had a problem several months after, I called them and they came and repaired it within two days at no charge. I would recommend them.

They were very responsive when they heard I couldn't get my car out. They sent someone out the same day. They are punctual and polite. They were prepared to fix what was wrong right away.

It went well, although it wasn't always easy to reach Ian, the company manager, through the receptionist. The men who came out were very attentive and responsible, wanting to help any way they could. Initially, I wasn't offered the option of a visit from one of the technicians, but was sent a remote and told to match it to the colored disc on the back of the garage door motor. Eventually, a technician did come and help out, which made a huge difference. The job got done expeditiously.

Everything was great; they charged the estimate and while it took a little bit longer than they originally said, it was done in one day and works great.

They were responsive, arrived on time and performed the repair efficiently. They did leave a bottom seal that had torn loose hanging and untacked and we would have preferred a better indication that all issues with the door had been identified and repaired. However, retacking it was easy and did not need a call back. They did not bring the replacement unit for another overhead garage door unit that was not working, even though we had indicated it was likely burned out and would need replacement and gave them the make and model of the unit.

Responded promptly to phone call. Was a little late, but called and apologized. Not a big deal. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it, and checked the other door. Everything works fine again.

The salesman and the installer were both great. The installer was clean and efficient and the garage works like a charm. The price was right on!

The sales man was incompetent, but has since left the company. He measured the garage incorrectly, therefore, resulting into a faulty installation. I could not open the garage door. They sent a bill immediately, but I did not pay them since I was mad. They sent another bill, including interest. Then the third bill arrived with a credit since I had a warranty. I feel their paperwork is very poor.

Great. I tried to get a different company, but days went by without a return call, so I called overhead. (Eventually the other company did get back to me). They came out within a few days and spent about an hour or so doing the repairs. The garage door used to be really hard to open, but now it's super easy. And quiet. And safe. And the service guy was very friendly. Nice work! I haven't yet gotten the bill so I can't rate the price.

It went good. They installed it very quickly and efficiently. They have great quality products. They offer an insulated door manufacturer from Canada that I really liked. The new door looks very good on the house. They were very helpful when they came out. They seemed to do very well all around. Also they arrived promptly.
