Description of Work: We had two overhead garage doors replaced, with new tracks and lock systems. (no automatic openers). They did a great job, very professional service, came on time, spent quite a bit of time fitting the doors and cleaned up afterwards. The doors look and work great and they gave us an Angie's List discount! We were very pleased with the job.

Description of Work: This company installed a garage door opener at my house. The installation went well. Few months later the sensor fell off. I called the company and asked them to repair it. They said they may charge me for the service because it was our fault the sensor fell off (?). I do not think it is an acceptable response after 6 month of service (this happened in Oct . the same year).

Description of Work: They were most punctual and thorough. The previous Co. I dealt with had told me the electirc eye sensors just needed to be aligned and that I could do it so he wouldn;t charge me. Nice of him but he was wrong AND lazy. The rep from Door Systems that repaired my door found a couple of issues (no and alignment was not one,) Wires had been shorted out, electirc eyes were not working and the door needed adjusting and lubrication. I would deal with these guys again in a second. Also first time I've put Angies list to the test, and I would do that again as well.

Description of Work: Door Systems sold to me and then installed a pair of carriage house styled doors for my garage after I had reframed the openings with pressure treated lumber and new PVC casings were installed. They were very helpful with supplying me with exact specifications for the Taylor Garage doors and Garaga door openers so that the carpentry and electricity could be done correctly before they installed the new garage doors. These doors were actually installed in 2007 although we recently had a minor accident that resulted in one of the garage door tracts becoming damaged. They quickly came out and replaced it for a reasonable cost.($150) They seem to be a reliable and professional company.
