Needed new flashing around a vent pipe. They did the assessment and repair in the same day, and between rainstorms!

Manny was very kind and explained what I needed. Unfoutunately it was roof problem(chimmy). However i was appriciated with his honesty. I will use him if i need roof repair work.

Their customer service is exemplary. Always answered the phone politely and followed up. Their prices were very reasonable. They had some challenges with the scheduling but were able to fit my (small) project into their schedule. If you want a competent, intelligent, honest and fair priced contracting staff, Watertight is for you! I would definitely hire them again.

I can't say too many good things about this contractor. The price to replace my roof (including fixing a hole punched by a falling tree) was significantly below all other estimates. The crew showed up and had the roof essentially done in ONE day...they also repaired and reshingled a shed for a super low price. And they even chain sawed a fallen tree in my hard that had nothing to do with the roofing job. Very amicable, timely, and outstanding performance.

Juan Castro, the owner, was amazingly honest, highly competetive and more than fair. He was extremely knowledgeable noting issues other contractors had never seen or even addressed...such as my 30 year old skylights that were originally the wrong type for the flat roof...ergo...why the corners of them had been leaking since they were originally installed. He was very responsive to my questions and concerns and kindly offered me several ways to attack the problem. This helped me make the best choice for me and my budget. His crew of 4 were professional, polite and careful throughout the stripping and then creation of a rolled, rubber roof with 4 properly raised new skylights. The team worked into the evening to make sure that everything would be finished and cleaned up properly. I would hire Watertight again in a heartbeat!!!

I am very pleased with the work Watertight Contractor provided. They were very responsive and provided good detail on the work being done to the roof. They also went the extra mile and did not charge me for some rotting wood that needed replacement. I'm very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them for Roof Installations. Most of all their price was very competitive compared to other quotes I received.

I needed a vent boot flashing replaced on my roof. The same day I inquired about having the work done he came to the house to meet with me. The following week he did the job as scheduled, on time and on budget. I liked his work so much I requested a quote for replacing the entire roof, which I will need to have done soon. He gave me the most professional quote I have ever received from a contractor. It included aerial views of the house and the exact square footage of the sections of the roof. I'll be having him replace the roof in a few months. I've already referred several friends to him.

Hired Manny to replace my roof on a house I was selling. The cost was amazing and the work was great quality. Biggest thing was Manny was always reachable by phone. We were trying to time the work to not interfere with showings - and Manny's crew were quick and very accommodating and trustworthy. Great experience and would absolutely recommend them.
