+ -1 moreCentral Pools was fantastic in every way. Their sales staff was professional, patient, and knowledgeable. Then, their construction staff were professional, patient, and knowledgeable. The pool is beautiful, they have been responsive to a few mechanical issues with the equipment, they have provided me with a wonderful education in pool management (or, their sister company, PurAqua, can do it for you) and I would highly recommend them to anyone. In addition, they recommended an electrician who was also fantastic, professional, patient and knowledgeable. All around this is one of the best companies I have ever worked with and I give them my highest recommendation.

+ -1 moreNot knowing what course to pursue, we sought the advice of Mr. Besso at Central Pools, and even scheduled a meeting one Saturday and went out to see him and show him photos of the pool. He apologized and assured us that someone would be out to evaluate the problem and plan some solution. It never happened. No one ever called, no one came out to look at the pool, and we heard nothing from anyone.We eventually found another pool service company willing to evaluate the problem, and their representative came to inspect the pool within a few days. He said the problem could be corrected on a routine service call. The service folks arrived a few days later, and were here less than an hour. The pool is fine now no evidence of any problem at all
Description of Work: When we removed the cover this spring, we found as we almost always do, that the liner had come loose from the track in several places around the rim of the pool. As usual, we called a pool company to come over and tuck it all in. The service person came one afternoon, but we later noticed that nothing had been done. We received a phone call from a person at the pool company and were told that the problem was not routine liner fallout, but the track separating from the wall. He said he would need to come out and take some pictures, and consult with someone with more experience in order to determine what might need to be done, and would get back to us. We never heard back from anyone, and when we finally called to get a status, we were told in rather curt terms that they wanted nothing further to do with the problem and could not even recommend someone who might be willing to help. Therefore, we never received a quote.
