This was a terrific experience for me and now I have a trusted go-to person that I trust in years to come. I can call him on his cell phone anytime and Tim will help out as soon as he is able to.

It's so hard to find a good, reliable, friendly, and trustworthy plumber. I finally found one!! I contacted Tim last week and he replied promptly and scheduled an appointment to come to my home, at a day/time convenient for me. He was professional and courteous, and called me on his way to the appointment to let me know he was stuck in traffic and would be late. I appreciate that courtesy a lot. Upon arrival he looked at the problem areas and immediately had solutions that would fit our needs and our budget. He was very respectful of my home, and put booties on his shoes each time he walked in the house. I have 3 indoor cats, and he was very careful to make sure they didn't get outside. After the job was done, he reviewed the work performed with me, and explained how everything worked. He was clean and considerate of the work areas, even though it was outdoors and also in our basement - he cleaned up the areas nicely - it was as if he was never there! He closed our basement bulkhead, and turned off all our basement lights as well. I even chatted with him about our air conditioner, which is 22 years old, and he was nice enough to spend extra time with me exploring what an estimated cost would be to replace the old air conditioning unit. I was very impressed with his customer friendly service - I would definitely use him again!! The only reason I gave him a and quot;Band quot; on the price category was because even though I didn't originally find him on Angie's List, when he found out I was a member, I wish he offered me the 10% discount for Angie's List members in good faith. I didn't know there was a 10% discount for Angie's List members until I went to write this review. But all in all, he was a great guy, excellent plumber and I will not hesitate to contact him again for future work, which I will be doing when we are ready to replace our air conditioner! We started the job in late November and it has taken him until a few weeks ago to finish. the job was supposed to only take three weeks. We had to fire him. He overcharged us and pretty much took advantage of us. He installed the plumbing correctly, but he replaced parts that did not need to be replaced. The cost was supposed to be $20,000 for the entire job, but in the end he wanted to charge us almost $40,000.

We recently had Caswell Plumbing install a new water heater in our home and do some additional plumbing for our new kitchen and we found them to be 100% professional and outstanding. They installed and did the work in a timely manner, left our home that they worked in completely clean and all the debris was taken away...not even put into our trash! Pricing was very competitive for the work we were looking to have done and the best part was we got to choose different options in different price ranges to do the work we needed done. We are so happy have found a plumber we can reply on for all our future needs and have passed along Caswell Plumbing's name to neighbors, friends and other family members.
