Generally very well. He had to return and correct a couple of the jack panels and he did so willingly. He willingly corrected the wiring when he realized he misunderstood my request.

IT TOOK HIM A WEEK TO CALL BACK. AT THAT TIME, I COULD NOT FIND MY LIST OF THE WORK I NEEDED DONE. I TOLD HIM ABOUT THE THINGS THAT I REMEMBERED. HE TOLD ME TO GO AND BUY THE THINGS THAT WOULD BE NEEDED FOR THE REPAIR AND THAT HE WOULD LET ME KNOW WHEN HE WOULD COME OUT. I DID FIND MY LIST AND I REALIZED THAT THERE WAS AN OUTSIDE PLUG THAT I NEEDED INSTALLED. THIS WAS IN THE WINTER, SO I CALLED AND TOLD HIM THAT WE COULD JUST CONTINUE THIS WORK IN THE SPRING. I CALLED HIM AND TOLD HIM THAT I HAD THE PARTS AND HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD CALL ME BACK WITH A TIME THAT HE COULD COME OUT TO DO THE JOB IN THE LATER PART OF APRIL. AT THIS POINT, THE PRICE IS NOT FINALIZED. HE TOLD ME THAT HIS 1 DAY COST IS $740. I THOUGHT THIS PRICE WAS RATHER HIGH. I TALKED WITH HIM A WEEK AGO AND HAVE NOT HEARD BACK SINCE BECAUSE HE SAID THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO CALL ME TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT.

He arrived on time, was very professional, and neat. He didn't waste any time and knew exactly what he was doing. The rate was very reasonable. He picked up after himself before he left.

After getting 3 quotes and reviewing the suggestions of each electrician, my wife and I really liked David's approach. He not only gave us some choices as to how to configure the electrical system, but mentioned some critical code issues that the others did not. He was competitively priced, not the cheapest and not the highest. Angie's List provided us with other reports of his work and we liked the idea that he had done similar work for others. The first day of the job, he came with 2 other workers, was very punctual and made the most of their time. David and his staff answered every question I had and addressed every concern with great professionalism and courtesy. The job took 3 days to complete and at the end of each day David kept me informed as to the days events and the next step. At the end of the last day, their cleanup was very good. We would highly recommend David Caron for your electrical work and plan to have him and his staff back when we update our kitchen.

I had difficulty selecting a vendor with an old house and a more recent addition (2 sets of wiring). I went with Dave since he gave a very reasonable price against the other vendors but showed the most attention to detail without overstating results. Dave was excellent in every aspect. As he worked, he was very careful, prompt, and communicated very clearly the issues as they presented themselves. The ability of all his workers to clearly communicate at all times was extremely helpful due to the type of decision-making that was involved. Dave was able to rewire a section up through a wall and firewalls for three floors with only one break behind a small closet. He then was able to snake wire behind a small partition that previous contractors didn't know existed, and in addition, was able to drill through a ceiling in the eaves where the pitch was incredibly small, saving myself a lot of money. Dave cleaned up well, showed a high energy level, and was a real pleasure to work with.

We were extremely pleased with David's work - he and his crew were outstanding. They were reliable, knowledgeable and efficient. David works with 2-3 other people, all of whom were fantastic. David was personally present for about 70% of the project. They arrived each morning exactly on time and were able to finish the entire project in 4 1/2 days - much faster than we expected. The depth of his experience in re-wiring older homes is evident. He was able to re-wire our home with a minimum of holes in the walls and a minimum of mess. He was also very helpful in working with us to stay within our budget. In all, working with David was a fantastic experience and I would definitely work with him again.

EXEMPLARY PERFORMANCE. I'VE WORKED WITH A NUMBER OF DIFFERENT CONTRACTORS IN GETTING OUR HOUSE READY, AND DAVID CARON WAS EASILY THE BEST. HE WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND HAD A GREAT CREW WORKING WITH HIM.

DAVID WAS FRIENDLY, ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS, AND GAVE US A DETAILED ESTIMATE. WE DO NOT KNOW HOW THIS PRICE COMPARES TO OTHER ELECTRICIANS. WE ADDED MORE WORK TO THE ORIGINAL LIST WHICH EXTENDED THE JOB, BUT THE WHOLE THING WAS FINISHED FAIRLY QUICKLY. THE WORK AREAS WERE CLEANED UP AND THE INSTALLATIONS LOOK GOOD. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK.
