The movers were right on time for pickup and delivery. They were courteous and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with their professionalism. The move went smoothly. I was very satisfied and would recommend them.

Called around got 10 Estimates Range 1250 - 450! Spoke with Rob for estimate - didn't try and make a major project out of this move as several of the other companies did - instead said they move several pianos everyday and are equipped for most situations. They also send out 3 movers for the job. We discussed the difference between a furniture mover and a piano mover - you have to consider their liability limits for damage to the piano. We sat up a date and Rob called the folks I bought the piano from and set up everything smoothly. Movers were careful and placed the piano where we wanted it.

The individual who answered the phone was very friendly, asked questions, gave me an estimate on the spot, and was able to give me the date and time I asked for. They arrived precisely on time and moved the piano quickly and carefully. On arrival in Needham, the were very helpful getting the piano exactly where we wanted it, volunteering to move another piece of furniture in order to get it right. The cost was exactly what the estimate said it would be. It was a little higher than what I expected based on reading other reports, but acceptable for the quality of service received.

After a long and exhausting relocation from Seattle I knew something was loosen in my “master plan”; the unloading of my baby grand piano from the PODS. I received two PODS full of goodies on Friday night and all was left to unload on Sunday was the piano, which requires special handling and assemble. Earl on Monday I contacted Raymond Bushell who provided me a quote over the phone and in less than two hours my baby grand was proudly standing in our living room. I don’t believe I need to expand too much on how happy I’m with their service; definitely my piano mover provider in the future.

Gave price estimate over the phone and only needed a day to pick-up. Called before arriving and came within the one hour window. Very courteous. Piano arrived in perfect condition. Again, a call before arriving and coming within a one hour window. Wonderful service. The recommendation was perfect and met all my needs! Thank you.

I called Bushell along with 2 other companies and based on Bushell's quick response and price I decided to go with them. They showed up on time, moved all the items cleanly and professionally and then they were on their way. They also informed me at the end of the move that the company can be called on to service pianos which was god to know, I would recommend this company to anyone.

Three Bushell movers arrived with a truck exactly when scheduled. They had the necessary dollies to roll the piano out to the truck and the ramps to move up the five outside steps at the destination. They did not use the wheels on the piano at any time, which is the correct method as the piano front wheels are on long legs that look like they might break off if it were to hit any bumps. For what was involved, I think the price was very reasonable.

They are very good at what they do, and deserve high marks.

From start to finish, the whole experience was perfect. The gentleman who took my call was courteous and professional. He quoted a price, date and time for the job. The men who moved the piano arrived on time and did a wonderful job. They were very careful with our piano and took pride in their work. They were also knowledgable about pianos. My daughter left her piano home when she moved to Toronto several years ago. She now has room for it and need to find someone to move it to Toronto. There are not too many companies that can move piano across border. Some company wants us to contact interstate moving company and toronto local mover ourselves. Bushell is familiar with Canadian Custom procedure, they picked up piano from our house, drove to Toronto and delivered it to my daughter's house themselves. They are very friendly and very professional. Took a great care of our piano while moving it. We are extreamly happy about their work.

My appointment did have to get re-scheduled to due to a problem with one of their trucks, but I got a call as soon as they realized (the day before the job) and was squeezed into their schedule on the same day, just at an earlier time. Bushell Piano Movers were easy to work with and they gave me a better price than another company in town.

They were courteous, punctual, and did an excellent job. At less than half the price of Deathwish Piano Movers. I was so surprised by the difference that I called Deathwish again just to make sure that they understood me correctly the first time.

Stop searching for your piano mover and choose Bushell! GREAT experience overall. Rob was responsive and helpful every time we spoke - he even put up with our pushy seller. The movers came, packed it up quickly, drove right here and unpacked just as quickly. they were all friendly and happy, and answered all of our silly questions (is it too close to the fireplace?). What I liked best about Bushell was their pricing!!! One flat rate, no multiple surcharges like other companies want to charge, no hidden transportation costs. Others wants to charge me nearly triple the cost! I spent hours getting quotes so when I spoke to Rob I couldn't beleive it was that simple, easy, and (relatively) inexpensive. They also were able to move the piano quickly and when I wanted. Other companies charged more for certain dates and times. Highly recommend.

I had the good fortune to buy a grand piano at an estate sale, but obviously this also meant that I had to move the piano at very short notice. Bushell's was able to schedule the move at very short notice and at a very fair price. They came with a large team, which was absolutely necessary for carrying the piano carefully down the narrow stairwells. Each step of the way was discussed in detail before they moved the piano, so there were no hiccups. And last but not least, they gave us advice on how to restore the finish on the piano and how long to let the piano settle before tuning. All in all, a great experience.

It was a wonderfully smooth experience. I made preliminary arrangements via e-mail and confirmed by telephone a couple of days prior to the actual move. The guys were moving another piano to New Jersey, so my piano was picked up on their return trip. They arrived within five minutes of the pre-arranged time (they were early - as, thankfully, was I) - after having called me twice during the morning to let me know where they were and when they anticipated arriving. They moved the piano out of the house (down 7 steps) quickly and easily and were also willing to take along two chairs that I had forgotten I was supposed to be moving out of the house as well. They delivered the piano within 48 hours to the workshop where I'm having some work done on the piano - and the people there were also very impressed by Bushell's company. All of the people I interacted with were polite, courteous, responsible and responsive. A fantastic experience.

They called back quickly after I left a message. They scheduled it around my schedule (the next weekday) and arrived on time at both locations. They were friendly and quick. I had expected a higher price but they don't charge for outside steps so it was very reasonable.

We had several bids and this company gave us a good price. We liked that they had a good reputation. When we dealt with them they had good personalities. The move went smoothly.

Both experiences we've had went very, very well! The movers took great care in moving our piano from one end of the house to the other. They truly treated the piano as though it was their own instrument, being moved in their own house. We appreciate their care, professionalism, and they charged a very reasonable price to do the jobs.

This was a fantastic experience! The owner was SO helpful on the phone (after returning my call quite promptly.) I felt great about the company before the move even happened, and the actual move was just as successful. My dad called to tell me that the movers arrived promptly and were in and out in 15 minutes. "You picked the right guys," he said. Then, the movers arrived at my house and were courteous, helpful and incredibly careful. The entire experience was without a single hitch.

It was an excellent experience, they were very accommodating, they were very professional, they moved it directly here, they didn't damage the piano and the were very friendly.

They gave a half hour arrival window and showed up right in the middle, after reconfirming the day before. They handled the piano expertly, treating it very well at both ends. Very friendly and professional. They offered suggestions for protecting the piano from a baseboard heater, and references for piano tuners. Not sure about the price; I should have gotten some other estimates, but it seems like a lot for such a quick job, so they only get a B.
