Everything went smoothly. very responsive from inquiry to installed in about a week.

Due to problems with Angie's List email, it took longer than usual to get on their schedule. But once we hooked up, it went smoothly.

Great. The work was completed in one day and the fellow that did the work was helpful, informative and very neat. He explained the system to me and answered any and all questions I had. We felt for the service provide in two separate visits was fair and reasonable. Even the office staff was helpful, kind and had great follow through. Emails were answered within hours of sending them.

Once the work got scheduled and the plumber scheduled, everything went very well. The system works as advertised, I was able to add a zone to the system for $500 more per zone.

The guy came on time, went through all the sprinkler zones and adjusted the heads. 4 sprinkler heads were broken or leaking, so he fixed them on the spot for $25 each. Whole thing took about an hour. Very efficient and helpful. I'd use them again.

Very well. I was totally done with my local company after they repeatedly made repairs every year without prior authorization and then charged me. This company was very professional. They alerted me to any issues but were conservative on repairs. I really liked the owner.

They arrived late and did not call to let me know. Once the owner arrived on a Sunday he did a great job fixing the system.

It went extremely well. Fabio and Grabiela are the best of the best when it comes to customer service, expediency, flexibility and attention to details. I have no hesitation to recommend Fabio for any type of irrigation service. He is trustworthy and fully transparent when it comes to what you really need, yet flexible enough to accommodate requests to ensure your lawn gets what it truly needs. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

The technician arrived early, and got right to work on the problem zones. The issue(s) were quickly diagnosed and repaired, and he was efficient and knowledgeable. I would recommend Boston Irrigation and plan on continuing to call on them for future work.

OK, they were good when the turned up but it was hard to schedule them to actually visit as we work and had relatively few weekdays available.

Fabio was great to work with...would hire again.

Came out to look at my yard for the additional work that would be need outside the scope of the Angie's List offer. He said he was going to email me an estimate and I never heard back from him. I am disappointed, I called an left a message and never heard back from him. I am very angry at them wasting my time. They are not professional or reliable because they lack follow up.

Never showed up for scheduled appointment. When finally contacted the owner, we offered to come by to give a quotation. I decided to choose another service provider

The service we received was prompt and very professional. The team was courteous and very professional. The only reason I would not rate them an A was that there was a problem with one piece of their machinery that caused an oil leak on our walk way and driveway. They did the best they could to clean it up, but unfortunately, the areas are stained. Accidents happen, for sure, but it would have better to avoid this.

Fabio did an excellent job on taking care of my sprinkler system. He is quick and thorough and did come through when all other irrigation companies are either closed or refused to do work since it is too late. He is responsive and punctual. I highly recommend his company for the sprinkler system work.

Charged me to go to and from getting top soil times two men. Had to ask them to leave because they were responding so slowly. Had no big equipment even though it was promised with four men. He showed up with his 10 year old boy and a teen or what looked like one. The sprinkler inspection which I hired them for did not cover the new shrubs I paid them to put in and two died....terrible...do not hire....rip off...

After some renovations in our back yard, we were in need for repairs to an existing irrigation system. Fabio was extremely responsive and dependable. His prices are right in line with other quotes we received, if not a little less. His workmanship is fantastic. We would definitely use his services again. We had him back to close the system at the end of the season. I would certainly recommend him and his company.

Wonderful- Fabio was on time and looked for the most cost effective way to fix our sprinkler system. Hired him to do our winterization as well.

We took a chance on Fabio because he seemed so knowledgable and he was willing to accommodate our project schedule, on very short notice, despite already being very busy. He saved the day for us and won us as loyal customers forever. He is easy to communicate with, works very hard, and gave us a fair price. We will use him to winterize and otherwise service and maintain our system going forward. Only just now when I was on Angie's List for something else did I realize that I had never submitted a review! We feel lucky to have found him & can't recommend him enough.

I have the lawn that I have always dreamed about thanks to Fabio. He set all the sprinklers heads to include shrubs, flowers and the lawn. I never need my hose. Yeh!

I asked about a new controller and he said what I had was fine (he could have tried to sell me another one but didn't). He bought parts for my broken system and found it was cheaper to get an entire setup and then just take out the part he needed--so now I have more extra parts in case something breaks in the future. Definitely a professional with a lot of pride in his work. I will use him again! and again!
