Excellent. Family operation. Gabriella at the office is responsive and super helpful. Fabio on the install is professional, efficient, and experienced. He had some helpful suggestions about getting more water to shrubs that compete with large established trees.

Terrific. They are prompt, reliable, thorough, and reasonably priced. We have now gone through three annual cycles of startup, shutdown and maintenance and are very happy with the service. They have also done well when asked to coordinate with other service providers such as landscaper and plumber.

We walked the entire system, zone-by-zone and head-by-head. They adjusted every head and replaced several broken heads. They made suggestions for watering times and programmed the controller accordingly for me, no charge. These guys stand by their work. I highly recommend them.

I turned on the system for the first time today. It seems like NONE of the heads were adjusted (front or back) and a bunch of water is being wasted watering the driveway and the street and over the back fence. It seems to me that several of the heads they told me were leaking are STILL LEAKING. I don't think they TESTED each head after the install. I hope these guys come back to fix the job.

Great - Fabio and crew very professional. Fabio worked with me on design and layout of sprinkler heads and stayed within my budget and installed my preferred controller. Gabriella coordinated programming of smart controller. System is working well. Used the plumber they gave as reference for installation of required 1 in. pipe and back flow device - also excellent. Will continue to use services of Boston Irrigation for system seasonal maintenance.

The work went very well. The technician was very knowledgeable and fixed the problems we were having with a clogged irrigation system. They also installed a rain sensor at that time as well. They were very thorough and very easy to work with.

I set up an appointment for someone to come out and fix the leak. The appointment was for the time window 2:30-4:30. I told them that I needed to leave by 4:30 at the latest to pick my kids up from school. Today I got a phone call at 2pm saying that Rafael was already here waiting. I rushed home and he had already fixed the leak and found a different one that may have happened during the winter because it was so close to the surface. He patched that one and told me that while he was waiting for me he cleaned all my sprinkler heads free of charge since he was already here. I've used other companies to winterize in the past because they had cheaper deals online. I think I'm going to go with Boston Irrigation from now on, these guys are professional, prompt, always helpful and show up with a smile.

It was awesome. Fabio and his team came in and installed a 4-zone system. They were in and out within a day and I was up and running. Because I had purchased my own controller (rachio - highly recommend as well), they had even given me a rebate on that. Very honest, I don't know if others would just simply provide the rebate without asking. Awesome experience and I'm really glad that we used their services. They also came out to our home to do winterization for a reduced fee. I highly, highly recommend them.

Fabio and his team were great through the whole process. They were very responsive to phone calls and emails to coordinate installation logistics and were very prompt with everything we scheduled. The work went I now have a well watered lawn for the first time! I actually can see grass growing where it never did before. Boston Irrigation has been great to work with. Since moving to Framingham and never having an in-ground irrigation system before, they've always been reliable and patient as they took the time to explain how the system works, what I can do to maintain it, how often to run and when. The techs are always very friendly and reliable. My last appointment was to turn on the system for the summer months. The tech who came out noticed that about six or so sprinkler heads were in need of replacement. In order to keep the costs down for me (as I was getting additional services performed), he analyzed the heads, suggested that I change the worst 4 of them, then take care of the others the following year. When pricing out the job, he was able to show me how they build the overall cost in terms of parts and service -- that level of clarity was very appreciated as I didn't have to wait for the office to hit me with a bill that I would have no idea to pay for. Another benefit is that I receive emails/text messages from Boston Irrigation at different times of the year to give me a head up about scheduling sprinkler turn-ons/shut-offs which is great because I never know when I should do it. Gabriella, who always schedules appointments, is great to work with trying to accommodate my schedule. All in all, Boston Irrigation is a great company to work with. I'm reaching the one-year mark of being in my new home and I always keep them in my contact list as a reliable service provider!
