Fabio was great. He was able to come in and set the timer on the sprinkler system, check all the sprinkler heads, and look for any leaks within the lines. I have 4 zones of sprinkler heads so its quite a bit of work. He was also able to move a couple of sprinkler heads that were blocked by plants. He also checked to see if my rain sensor was working properly, which he found it wasn't, so we will have to replace at some point and also upgrade our timer system for better water efficiency. I will be using Fabio and Boston Irrigation again to come and close my system for the fall months.

Fabio set up the sprinkler for the season and did a good job of that. After that we discussed adding a few more heads and making adjustments to the system. He said he would write up an estimate and come back to do that additional work which I was completely fine with. Almost a month has gone by and I still don't have the estimate and can't get a response from him. I was hopeful that I had someone that i could count on and trust going forward but that in not the case. Update: There was miscommunication between Fabio and I so am updating my review. Fabio came back and did the remaining work that we discussed. The work came out nicely. I look forward to working with Boston Irrigation again..

Fabio was great. He had good suggestions and gave us various options. We wanted to cover as much as we could with existing system while adding a minimum amount of new sprinklers. He moved 3 so we would have better coverage, replaced 3 cracked heads, and added 3 new sprinklers to the system in 2.5 hours. Nice neat job digging for additional piping. A neighbor happened to drive by and he need a couple of replacement sprinklers. Fabio was able to take care of him also. So a good day in the neighborhood.

Very very good. My father who is usually not happy with people coming to fix stuff in our house was very happy and told me that the person was very honest and nice guy.

The company that we had used previously for our sprinkler system greatly increased their price to $110/hour so we needed to find another company to handle this. My husband searched Angies List and found Fabio at Boston Irrigation. His rate was much more reasonable ($65/hour) and he was able to come out within a few days of being contacted. He was very thorough in his evaluation (including cleaning off the sprinkler heads) and he made some suggestions regarding changes that could be made if we wanted in the future. However, he kept telling us that everything was working fine so there was no need to make any of these changes. Fabio was very friendly and knowledgable and we would use him again in the future.

Seemed very nice on the phone. Was able to text message pictures about what he could and couldn't do. Made an appointment for 5. I called him at 5:30 when he wasn't there. No answer. He called me at 6 saying he was going to be late, might be there by 7. Says he always gives a 1 hour time window of when he will try and show up. That had not been communicated. Said his wife would call to re-schedule. She didn't. I'm sure he does great work, but if I have to take off work to meet him, he needs to show up. No thanks.

I was very happy with his service. He even offered to come back if I had any issues that should arrive, i.e.. timers need to be set longer or anything else I needed. I will be using this service to shut down my system.
