They responded our call by sending a technician to inspect our Lenox furnace which is more than 20 years old. After inspection the technician worked for 2 hours to change the motor. So far, our heater works fine. We are pleased by the result. I actually called them more than 10 years ago, a very cold winter, my husband was in a business trip out of state, our heater suddenly stopped working, I called them and went to their office, they helped me diagnose the possible cause, I purchased part from them, fixed the heater myself. So, this time, I asked them again. The reason I called a far away company than near by one is: in mid 1990s, my A/C was broken, I got a Lenox dealer," Atlantic Hearing" in Brookline from yellow page, (they are still in business, I often see their van on the street in my neighborhood)they sent a technician to spend more than 3 hours in my house, I took the whole day off my work, he did not fix anything, even did not know what was wrong with the machine, I got more than $400 bill, I complained to the office staff, they threaten me saying they spent time in my house I need to pay them any ways, so I paid them. I was very upset about Atlantic. So when I needed a service again, I started to look another one.
