Over the last 35 years we have used Bill to trim & remove trees that are 3+ stories tall. Several trees he removed were in very difficult locations, a foot or two from the side of the house. In every case he did an excellent job. A birch tree was damaged in a storm. Bill cut it so it was a stump and said it would grow back. It is now 2+ stories talk. Bill talks a lot, that is the only drawback. Friends and relatives have had him do big land scaping projects and they have all been happy.

Bill started work in the morning as he had promised and was there till evening. I was however completely unsatisfied by the job that Bill and his men did. Bill only did 3/4th of what was asked of him. The only job that he did completely was removing a huge pile of leaves (collected over several seasons at the back of our yard). He did not pick up all the brush or remove saplings as he has promised. he infact asked me to pay his men $60 extra towards the end of the day to clean up the saplings along the edge, which his men did not do. Bill had asked me to be around during the job but I was unable to do so. I realised only in the morning that he had not finished a sizeable amount of work that he had promised to do. I called Bill several times and he finally promised to come over to finish the remaining work. He never showed up. During one of our calls he infact suggested that we have him do more work for us (mulching etc) so that he could cover his expenses for the job he never finished. he was concerned that now he would have to pay out-of-pocket expenses to his men. Also he "pruned" only one tree. He somehow wanted to meet his approximately $2400 goal/project Bill is very chatty and told me a great many stories about his life. I was completely fooled by his good nature and charm. At the end of the day all he cleaned up was my money!! I was foolish enough to pay him what he asked me to.
Description of Work: Huge leaf pile removal. Brush clean up. Tree pruning. Removal of saplings along edges. Removal of several small trees and stump grinding.
