Jose was very nice and professional. However, he either overpromised and underdelivered, or didn't explain to us that our formerly white vinyl exterior would not be restored due to age. The house was cleaner (no dirt for the most part - missed some spots), but the real disappointment was that the grayish color remained, which we didn't expect.

Initial service was prompt and on time. It was done when I wasn't home and I came home to pieces of my gutters and roof all over the lawn. I called and notified the owner of the pieces and he did come back out and picked up all the pieces, but hasn't returned with replacements, so I will enter the winter without some of these pieces or I have to go hire someone else.
