Jana was a pleasure to deal with. The problem was with Rafael. He provided me with sub standard amateur job. Required extensive sanding and refinishing after painting was completed. Bubble's under drywall tape, vertical and horizontal seams were obvious to even a untrained eye. Both inside and outside corners required two additional coats of mud. The project then had to be re-primed and apply 2 more coats of finish color. Rafael boarded and finished over Bathroom exhaust / ceiling fan. Never once laid down drop cloths to protect hardwood flooring. Sanded Bedroom work without covering any furniture. Tracked joint compound both up and down entry staircase. All cleaning, repairs, painting, and materials were completed at my Company's EXPENSE !!!!!
